and please anybody whos wants or do sell follow come charger I'm tired of my umidigi already it usually restarts it selfs and takes about 5min to reboot I'm tired I'm almost regretting buying this device it's tiring now no charger can even charge it it's been over an hour now amd the charger ain't even moving from 16% to 24% as I'm typing, it's not speaking well this is not good i don't deserve this, the original charger got spoilt too and i replaced it with another charger still no changes, sometimes is charges fast, sometimes it charges slow, sometimes thw battery drains even when I'm charging ...

As I'm speaking with you, my fingerprint sensor doesn't work. This happened when I repaired my phone screen. During the first boot after repair, the phone didn't come up so he had to remove the battery and fix it back. Then the phone came up but then my face unlock option and fingerprint security option went missing.
During upgrading to Android 9. I can't tell what I did. But the face unlock option came up but the fingerprint option is still at large.

Now irrespective of this, I understand what I actually gain from using the device. Believe me it's too notch.
You can choose whatever phone but don't condemn the brand.

Anyways, I'm leaving UMigidi for LeEco. It's because I find LeEco Le Pro 3 x720 to be better than UMigidi A5 Pro. I wanted getting A5 Pro but a better option was the x720.

How about me just take it to an engineer? cos some engineer don't wanna touch this phone maybe they afraid oflr something I don't get

U should have left it connected to the laptop for at least an hour to increase the battery bar since it came up...


Try connecting it again to the laptop and if it still gvs the sound leave it dere.. I ll suggest u try it at night.. Just plug it in to the computer and go sleep.. Check it in the morning if it charges... If not disconnect and reconnect again when it sounds remove it and plug it into the mains for like an hour... It ll surely come up... The battery has been drained due to the brick.. Needs to be boosted.. But it ll take time... Be rest assured that your phone will come back to life.. Just plug it nd forget it for few hours or so... Hello, I did as you said, but it keeps reconnect ing and disconnecting through the sound it usually gives when it plugged in I don't get, swears I'm getting tired already

It happened to me on Saturday night when my phone was bricked... There re 2 options for u... 1 is the fast process which is get a screwdriver and unscrew ir phone then remove the battery flex and reconnect then plug the phone... 2nd option plug it to ur laptop like that.. It might take some hours b4 it comes up.. Or u plug to laptop for like 30mins and switch to the main outlet for 30mins.. It ll definitely come up... To buy a phone tool screw driver should not be more than 700naira to 1k

Hello I tried the second option which was the plugging it into a laptop is worked actually the battery was dead and I switched to the main outlet too and I tried to power it on but still same old story it firstly displayed the umidigi stuff but after that, it suddenly went off again and since then it's not been coming up again

If you have a phone tool, i would suggest you unscrew ur phone, remove the battery flex and put it back... Then try charging it... If it doesn't work, remove the battery flex again and plug the phone directly and try to check if current reaches the board.. If yes, plug the battery back....

I will suggest you use a pc first, if u hear a connection sound that means you get hope.....

Hello guys, my umidigi a3 pro just packed up I mean for real. Its not up to a 3 months.
Uesterday, I was charging it and suddenly it went off I was already getting scared but after about 30min, it came up back.

And now guys my precious phone since last night about 10pm it's not coming up again my phone is not switching on. I tried the Manuel reset stuff its not working either.

I went to all the engineer s I know they said until its flashed or rebooted and nobody has the software there pls help me

If you want bigger battery, go for p33, but if you want smooth ride and smooth nonlagging os go for umidigi a3 or the pro
