Truidstarr: Or on the hand... It might be on technical grounds or the coach decided to go with players that fit his style of play he wants to implement. Thought of that? No. This is clear nepotism. Simple and short. I know the team will win anyway but it sets a bad precedent. |

Truidstarr: Wonderful...based on what facts please? Interactions with Northerners both on the internet and in real life. For a long time, they have felt underrepresented in the national teams and most of them are deeply pained about this. They feel Southerners and Christians are cheating them in this regard. Now that a Northern Muslim is at the helm of the NFF, we can expect more "quota lists" in future. |

solonnachi: I pray Chelle doesn't use his hands to destroy this team. It's clearly a quota thing. Northerners are really pushing for more representation in the SE by all means. |

joxxy01: Wait is it not same Alhasan that people are hailing up and down and wishing he returns quickly from injury during our first games at afcon?
So because he is playing for MLS now he is suddenly not good again. And yet we couldn't beat the Rwandan teams packed with local and division 2 players in our last match with our so called big 'european' guns..
Omo let's allow the coach do his job biko. Everybody cannot be in the list... He has chosen players that will suit his tactics and that is how coaching should be. The issue here is that the coach overlooked better options to pick him. |

charlesemeka85: Just read from a post from owngoal that papa daniel haven’t played for over 5 weeks in the NPFL and have been globetrotting in search of a club 🤦♀️ Na now we go appreciate Pinnick and the free hand he gave his coaches to pick players. Since this new Northern NFF chairman enter power, na so so strange callups. From Benjamin Taminu and co to this current aberration of a list. Na only God go safe us. |

TheLoneCitizen: His best attribute is passing, he's skillful but a very poor dribbling.
The best attribute of winger is dribbling.
It's math brother. Judging by yesterday's game, it seems he avoids dribbling and prioritizes passing and movement. Which is pretty much all that we need, really. Lookman or Simon on the left wing can do all the dribbling. |

By the way, watching Fulham's last game reminded me of Iwobi's quality. Man is an excellent crosser and cuts back brilliantly.
If we had capable midfielders, I would have suggested we play him on the Right wing like we used to. His crosses and cutbacks from the wings will be perfect for Osimhen and Lookman. Chukwueze can't give you that, he prefers to attempt a dribble to cut in and shoot from his left foot which nine out of ten times, doesn't succeed.
I really think we are wasting Iwobi by forcing him to be a no. 10 or a no. 8.
PS: Bassey really impressed me with his ball-playing possession-football capabilities. Man is improving daily. |

Alex reports a.k.a Alex Nwankwo, I sight you🤣🤣
Seems you've moved from organizing mushroom beauty pagentries to another level. Congratulations but try and improve on your English grammar or cross-check words you don't understand in the dictionary before using them in your writings. "Appalled" does not mean what you think it means.
