3)IT SOUNDS LIKE HE WASN'T THE HEAD OF THE SUPERNATURAL BEINGS AT THAT TIME.. (MEANING GOD SUGGESTED.. AND ALL OTHERS NEED TO AGREE..IF NOT MAN WON'T HAVE BEEN CREATED)
