The leadership and entire membership of the Orashi National Congress (ONC), Abua/Odual Chapter, heartily commend Her Excellency, Senator Mrs Ipalibo Banigo Harry, for the successful passage by the Nigerian Senate of her sponsored Bill seeking to establish a Federal University of Agriculture in Emughan, Abua/Odual Local Government Area, Rivers State.

Genesis 21:1-3

Genesis 21:1-3
[1] And the LORD visited Sarah as he had said, and the LORD did unto Sarah as he had spoken.
[2] For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.
[3] And Abraham called the name of his son that was born unto him, whom Sarah bare to him, Isaac.

Divine Perfection is the complete and timely fulfillment of God’s promise, plan, and purpose in a person’s life, according to His perfect will and timing.

In Genesis 21:1–3, God fulfilled His promise to Abraham and Sarah by giving them Isaac, exactly as He had spoken: the promise became flesh and had a name.

Key Lessons from Divine Perfection

1. God keeps His promises — What God has spoken, He is able to accomplish.

2. God’s timing is perfect — Though the promise seemed delayed, it came at the appointed time.

3. God turns impossibilities into testimonies — Sarah became a mother despite her old age.

4. Divine perfection brings fulfillment — Isaac was not merely a blessing; he was the fulfillment of a specific promise.

5. God completes what He starts — The fulfillment came exactly according to God’s word.
