I totally understand the OP’s drift. It’s exactly the same for the male counterparts too. Ppl just naturally assume that a handsome guy has nothing to offer apart from his cute face and stature. You are automatically termed a playboy. Ladies tell you stuff like ‘I can’t be with you cos you can’t be faithful, even if you don’t follow girls, they will follow you’.
