Ikorodu have enough land capacity for this, but bad road is a major problem here.... Someone mentioned badagry up there, that location will record low patronage due to bad road and far distance to developed area, even tho they also have land mass...

Lekki/Ajah still remains the perfect location when we put generating revenue for the state into consideration.. Proximity to top companies, wealthy people, embassies, 4star hotels is an added advantage, also, it will serve as a representation of tourism and a standard metro transportation system for a mega city like Lagos consisting of rail, water, road and air transportation. Moreover it will be a balance as mainland already had a federal airport at Ikeja.
