I understand it clearly dear. My point earlier was that having access to your ATM card and mobile line does not automatically allow the thief access to your fund through the bank's ATM for cash withdrawal. I agree with USSD and Mobile Bank App, transfers can be made using all of these but not direct cash withdrawal from the ATM.

This is the reason why Central Bank of Nigeria is directing the banks to disable USSD by default on all account and also limit the amount drawable from the accounts using enabled USSD and mobile app channel

I know where you're coming from, the OP made mention of the criminals "withdrawing" money from his account which I think is a mistake from him, he should have said they transfered money from his account.

Naaah Not true. There's nothing in your alert SMS and your ATM Card that can allow non-authorized withdrawal using the card

He is actually saying the truth, if they have the line/SIM used in opening the account and the account ATM card, they'll have access to the account and transfer from the account through USSD, Internet or Mobile App.
