Yes settlement is still possible, but it definitely won’t happen AT the hearing. It will be interesting to see if the SEC keeps losing the little battles or if this will be their first win in the case. At the end of the day, this hearing is just a blip on the radar.

As an FYI, my hopes for a speedy settlement go down slightly each filing because there appears to be some real animosity. With that said, if Ripple keeps winning the little battles, you may see the SEC give in at some point.

Regardless of the case, ripple is really riding high. Sold at 1.33 two days back. Now it’s on 1.53 or so.

NKN has qualified for my method and it's warming up, but you don't need to jump in, but do your research to know if it's right for you.

Remember, it has never failed me, but if it fails you, don't blame me. Minimum hodl is 5 - 7 days. Max 1 month.

Those shitcoins are not advisable to buy, flee from them. Even swapping them to BNB is a scam of its own, they will deduct your BNB and the transaction will not work. It is better to face meaningful coins like Coti, Ada and others. Another interesting coin if you like high volatile coin is ENQ. I have made so much profit from that coin

I experienced this twice.. Wanted swapping and my bnb got deducted twice and still didn’t pull through. I gave up
