The question you asked does not exist! There's no circumstances where the court will need to overrule the senate as A Court can only overule a court of lower jurisdiction or equal jurisdiction. The senate is not a court.

Your question is akin to asking if a football referee can overule a club's training/ practise sessions.

However, there are many laws and bylaws made by the senate or National Assembly which the court has rendered inconsistent with the 1999 constitution and rendered conflicting and illegal.
