Hello doc. I had sex with a condom yesterday, it didn't break or anything but I wasn't so sure and out of extra precaution I went to buy a PEP drug from a pharmacy store.

The drug is tenofovir, lamivudine efavirenz. Its meant to be taken for 28 days. Last night I took my first dosage and this morning been feeling sick, my head heavy, had a nightmare.

However, as I ate breakfast, I vomited the food. But am feeling better. Please what do I do? Could it be the drug's side effects? Do I stop medication?

Baba ur dog is a very good straight back GSD and not a slant compare ur dog to what u post. That ur dog may have a semi slant look while taking it on a walk does not mean that it is slant. That is a good straight back GSD with good features

The next thing I'll advise you to do is to stabilize the remaining one by tender loving care while you get milk replacers. Meanwhile observe the mother and once she is calm, gradually introduce the pup under strict supervision if possible. I'm so sorry once again, it happens like that sometimes which could be due to stress on the part of the bitch

I took half dose of Clomid once per day for one month with Addyzua while Addyzua was taken for 3months twice per day but dont take Clomid if your doctor don't prescribe it for u. I will advise u treat staph first if u have , that was the mistake I made

These are my results bfre and after taken Addyzua for 3months although I didn't take any antibiotics to cure the staphylococcus bfre my Doctor only prescribed Addyzua and Clomid for me. The count increased from 18miilion to 28million, Motility and morphosis increased .

Please help me analyse and recommend any drugs that can cure staph.

My Doctor didn't remember to tell me to treat the staph bfre he recommended Addyzua for me.

Below (1) is my report after Addyzua , I have start taking Ciprotab

The motility, morphosis have improved while the count increased by 10million which is still low.

Do u have any suggestion for me ma?
