2. Your sister is in a relationship with the man; it takes two to be in a relationship. You want her to quit the relationship then you advice both of them to quit each other. Anything short of that is bias and nothing more. The man can of course find himself another gal but your primary concern should be that he quit the relationship with your sister. So you need to equally scold him and not tell fantastical tales of why you should not do so.

Come on! You and I know that the reason you took to scolding your sister alone isn't because she is your sister but rather because she is the woman in this. You think she is to blame for the affair and the man is somehow innocent of it all when in fact he is the one who walked with his own two legs into your sister's room.

If some women find out, she can be assassinated without knowing it was his wife who was responsible for the murder, or some women can go extra miles into diabolic acts. And you know what that means. They can be glued together.
So it's better she quit the relationship.
As for the man, he can still find another girl and continue with his adultery which is detrimental to the girl, himself and his marriage.
So the best thing is to advise her to quit the relationship and go for regular check up.

Well, assuming she is of age— at least 18 —, is she not allowed to have sex or what? OP is willing to give her number to strangers so that leads me to believe there maybe something that OP is not telling us in this.
