Ministerial list, nnpcThe deadline came on the heels of a disclosure by the Pipeline Products Marketing Company (PPMC), that Nigeria lost an outrageous N50 billion in ten months. Chairman of the Petroleum committee, Senator Uche Ekwunife, who gave the directive on Thursday, November 26 in Abuja, during the committee’s meeting with top officials of Ministry of Petroleum Resources, insisted that the petroleum minister must not only end the scarcity but ensure that fuel was sold to the public at government’s controlled price of N87.00 per litre. Senator Ekwunife, who was representing Anambra South, on the platform of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, frowned at the ongoing fuel crisis, saying Nigerians were suffering untold hardship following the development. Fuming over what was described as unnecessary fuel crisis, Ekwunife, said: “We are mandating the Minister of Petroleum Resources, the Permanent Secretary and heads of agencies to stop this fuel scarcity in two weeks. “We are giving a target now, we don’t want to know how you would achieve it. Nigerians want to see an end to this fuel scarcity,” Source: http://www.newsfacebook.co.uk/2015/11/nigerian-senate-gives-buhari-2-weeks.html

Soon, the world may have condom emoji on our emoji keyboard as Durex has launched an international campaign calling for its creation ahead of world AIDS Day on December 1st. It may be easy to suggest sex with emojis, but there’s nothing that shows safe sex. Now, Durex is encouraging its customers to call upon the Unicode Consortium, who oversee the introduction of new emoji, to introduce a condom emoji in their next update, the Independent reported. (Read: Do Indians know how to use a condom?) As per Durex, an official safe sex emoji will enable young people to overcome embarassment around the discussion of safe sex. They also say that the condom emoji could encourage conversation and raise awareness of the importance of using condoms in protecting aganist sexually transmitted infections (STIs) including HIV and AIDS. Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson’s 3rdpregnancy and they was backlash from a number of fans who questioned the spacing between her 2nd and 3rd pregnancy. See More After Cut>> Well, in a recent interview with Goldmyne TV the movie star has responded to the criticism. She stated: “I am expecting my third child and I’m a married person so I don’t think people should ask me why. I understand the ethics of spacing kids but I’m a married person and an adult, I can decide the way I want to live my life. So yes, I’m having my third baby really soon. Thank you so much for the good wishes, thank you so much for the hate speeches. Save some of the hate speeches because the fourth will soon come to round it up then you can show your anger but for now it’s good news let’s celebrate.” Talking about the pregnancy affecting her career she said: Actually it will affect your career. That’s the truth. It’s about sacrifice – scale of preference. Which is more important; that’s the one you do. As free as I was six years ago, five years ago, that’s not the way it is now. I now have responsibilities. I have kids to think of, I have my husband to think of so even when the jobs keep coming I can’t go all out to do them because I have other priorities. Forget taking a walk of shame—Amber Rose is taking a stride of pride! In a hilarious new Funny or Die clip, the 31-year-old model proudly takes a "Walk of No Shame" home after a night of casual sex. With high heels in hand and a smile on her face, the lingerie-clad star encounters plenty of congratulatory women and men as she confidently struts home. "It looks to me like you had sex last night," says the milkman." "I sure did," answers Amber. An older woman congratulates the mother of one on her conquest, too. "Nothing I haven't done before," she tells a male companion. "In my day, I was no stranger to the walk of shame!" "No shame here," answers Amber. As she continues along on her "Walk of No Shame," construction workers, parents, a child and more passersby commend the model for "enjoying herself" the previous evening. "Mommy," asks one little boy, "did that woman get f--ked last night?" "It seems as if she did," answers his mother, without judgment. "Oh, hell yeah," confirms Amber. The town mayor even approaches her and gives her the key to the city for "your confidence in the choices you make, and your ability to celebrate your body!" "I always celebrate my body," she answers with a grin. "Sometimes twice a day!" You go girl. This Funny or Die video was made to promote the upcoming "Amber Rose Slut Walk," taking place Oct. 3 at Pershing Square in Los Angeles. Amber, an outspoken advocate against "slut-shaming," is leading the movement "against sexual injustice, victim blaming, derogatory labeling and gender inequality," according to the event's website. Facebook has revealed that 100% of its monthly users in Nigeria are active on mobile while in Kenya, the proportion is only 95%. It also revealed that 7.1 million Nigerians use Facebook daily and 15 million are active every month. This follows the recent announcement that Facebook’s active user population in Africa has grown 20% to 120 million in June 2015 from 100 million in September 2014. More than 80% of these people access Facebook from their mobile phones. Now, 60% of all Internet users in Africa are active on Facebook. Nunu Ntshingila, newly appointed Head of Africa at Facebook, said: “At Facebook, we have a saying that we’re only 1% done, and this couldn’t be truer for Facebook in Africa. I’m only beginning this journey, and I’m already incredibly inspired by the power of connection – from the smallest moments to fostering global conversations. Everyone on Facebook has a story, and I can’t wait to hear the stories from Kenya and Nigeria firsthand.” Ntshingila continued: “Mobile is not a trend; it’s the fastest adoption of disruptive technology in history of communication. It’s also an incredibly personal device regardless of where a person lives or how they connect, and businesses need to reach people where they are, not where they were, in an authentic, personal and relevant way. I look forward to spending time with businesses across Africa to understand how we can work together.” Facebook recently opened its first office in Africa to further the company’s commitment to help businesses connect with people and grow locally and regionally. The new office is the next step in furthering Facebook’s investment in Africa and its people. The team in Africa will focus initially on Kenya (East Africa), Nigeria (West Africa), and South Africa (Southern Africa). Ari Kesisoglu, Facebook’s Regional Director for MEA, said: “We are committed to creating solutions tailored to people and businesses in Africa. We continue to spend time with businesses to learn about how we can work together to create better, more flexible and less fragmented ways for businesses to reach people in Africa.” KEY STATS Global: Q2 2015 Facebook’s usage and engagement continues to grow: • Daily active users (DAUs) – DAUs were 968 million on average for June 2015, an increase of 17% year-over-year. Reggae star, Ras Kimono says with the way young Nigerian artists drink and smoke, many of them will end up in asylums or rehabs in the next 10 years. He said this in an interview with The Nation “With the rate at which our young entertainers are abusing drugs, and alcohol, many of them will be raving mad, in asylums, or rehab in the next 10 years. I have never smoked ,nor drank alcohol in my over thirty years as a musician. There are a number of reggae musicians who do not abuse drugs, nor drink alcohol.” Source: http://www.newsfacebook.co.uk/2015/08/many-nigerian-entertainers-will-be.html

A woman traveling from Beijing to Wenzhou, China last Friday reached a fork in the road when she was told by airport security that she could not travel with a $200 bottle of cognac in her carry-on luggage because it was over 100 mL. So, taking the path that no one expected, she proceeded to drink the whole thing right then and there, rather than her Remy Martin XO Excellence over. According to the South China Morning Post, the woman, whose last name is Zhou, was then pronounced too drunk to board the plane, TIME reports. From TIME: Zhou became so intoxicated that she was found rolling on the floor and acting erratically at a boarding gate at Beijing Capital International Airport, reports the South China Morning Post. “She was so drunk … she couldn’t even stand up herself. We took her to a room in a wheelchair so she could rest,” a police officer told the local paper Beijing Times. After being seen by a doctor, Zhou slept — and slept off the Remy Martin —and woke up around 7:00 p.m. sober. Her family later arrived at the airport and picked her up to take her home. PRESIDENT Idriss Deby of Chad says Boko Haram has picked a new leader, fuelling speculation that Abubakar Shekau may indeed be dead. Deby did not say what had happened to Shekau, but disclosed that the face of Boko Haram had been replaced by Mahamat Daoud -- who has not been heard of before. Shekau has been missing in the group's videos in the last five months, lending force to the belief that he has been killed. TheCable has seen a picture appearing to show the dead body of Shekau in a place identified as Sambisa forest, but a military spokesman said he could neither deny nor confirm the claim. The issue of Shekau's death has brought embarrassment to the military as the unrepentant militant has refuted the reports of his demise on three separate occasions that the security forces claimed to have silenced him. In a video he released in October, Shekau taunted the military saying he has "one soul". "Here I am, alive. I will only die the day Allah takes my breath. I am running our... Islamic caliphate and administering sharia punishments," he had said. "Nothing will kill me until my days are over... I'm still alive. Some people asked you if Shekau has two souls. No, I have one soul, by Allah. "It is propaganda that is prevalent. I have one soul. I'm an Islamic student. I'm the Islamic student whose seminary you burnt... I'm not dead." Shekau took control of the group after its founder, Muhammad Yusuf, died in police custody in July 2009. Under his leadership the group became more radical and carried out more killings. at last am done add yours if you know |
am done Weedkhalifa: |
Jay Z Quote: $1,000,000+ With some reports saying that Jay and Bey have personally been raking in as much as $4 million a night combined during their “On the Run” tour, this number is basically just a stand in for “a ton of fucking money.”
Kanye West Quote: $500,000+ Kanye's live shows catch a lot of flack from basics who don't like his rants. Well, the “Yeezus Tour,” rants and all, was still the second-best-selling tour of 2013 and trailed only Paul McCartney. What's a black beatle anyways?
Macklemore Quote: $350,000-$700,000 Macklemore sees your saltiness about appropriation and Grammy's and raises you a shit ton of money. Macklemore gets paid as much as the rest of rap's superstars, which means, like it or not, he is one of rap's biggest superstars.
Drake Quote: $350,000-$600,000 While Drake hasn't played any major festivals recently (where rappers can make the most money) besides his own OVO since going from the boy to the man, Drizzy still commands a hefty price for his services and stands to make insane bank off of the “Drake vs. Lil Wayne” tour.
Lil Wayne Quote: $300,000+ Lil Wayne has been getting this much money basically since Tha Carter III launched him into international stardom. While haters incorrectly declared that Wayne fell off, with “Believe Me” and “Grindin'” already making Tha Carter V look spectacular, Weezy F. will continue to get his money.
Nicki Minaj Quote: $250,000+ Nicki is a superstar, and she's only going to get bigger. While she already commands a hefty fee no one will be surprised as her price continues to rise.
50 Cent Quote: $150,000+ For someone whose peak was as high as 50 Cent's, something in the neighborhood of $150,000 seems a little low. However, with the renewed relevancy thanks to the mini-G-Unit resurgence, we're sure this number will creep back up
Kendrick Lamar Quote: $125,000+ Yeah, this is a lot of money, but it feels low for one of the premier names in hip-hop, and it will only go up as Kendrick's star continues to rise.
J. Cole Quote: $125,000 While Cole's “Dollar and a Dream” tour dates won't net him this type of scratch, he more than makes up for it with dates at festivals and colleges.
