As touring becomes more crucial, the amount that artists get paid for a show, a.k.a. their quote, becomes more interesting and more important. Rap fans geeked out over sales numbers to see how their favorite and least favorite rappers' careers are fairing. Now, you’re much better off checking how much they get for a show. Remember when 50 Cent and Kanye West had their sales competition? That was 2008, but in 2014, they should be seeing whose quote is higher (Answer: 'Ye by a million).

Another major development is how massively important booking agencies, a.k.a. the companies whose agents book artists’ tours, have become. As record deals mean less and less, who your booking agent is can count for everything. A few major companies—William Morris Endeavor, CAA, the Agency Group, and ICM—represent nearly all your favorite rappers, and a few agents, major players like Cara Lewis or Peter Schwartz, have taken on the behind-the-scenes roles of tastemakers. For up-and-comers, getting signed to a powerful booking agency can be a bigger cosign than signing your first deal. Chance the Rapper has yet to link up with a label, but in 2013 inking a contract with Cara Lewis and CAA was more than enough to verify his hype.

Because of how important touring has become, we compiled a list letting you know how much your favorite rapper gets paid for a show. All these numbers are ballpark estimates gathered by scouring the Internet for details on tours posted by industry sites or speaking with agencies and third party dealers and asking for their artists’ quotes. However, there are interesting quirks that can twist some of these figures. For example, you get paid exponentially more for a “one-off” (a random show at a festival, college, or private party) than you would for stops on an extended tour.

For anyone interested in which rappers are really getting the most money and who is dominating in the most important area in the music industry today, this list has all you need. Study up.

You never know from which corner of the world the next inspiring tale of human decency will come from—right now, it's Canada's turn!

In a turn of events tailor-made to make headlines, a homeless man in Langford, British Columbia, found $2,400 on the street and subsequently turned the money in, so that the rightful owner could be found. The owner of the money was indeed found—but the story doesn't end there.

The honesty and kindness demonstrated by the man who returned the money didn't go unnoticed. Many wanted to find the guy who turned in the money, so a fundraising page was set up in his honor and over $5,000 was raised via Go Fund MeK




According to a press release from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Constable Alex Bérubé said, "After hearing this story and seeing how this case touched so many people, I took a personal interest in finding this man, looking for him everywhere while on and off shift. It's not easy tracking down a person of no fixed address and no phone, but I kept trying because I needed to tell him about how the community had rallied together to help him."

Well, Bérubé's search paid off, because he found the man and told him the incredible news about the funds that awaited him that were raised by strangers online.

But instead of asking how he could cash in, he asked how he could give back.

Bérubé said, "His response surprised me yet again, when instead of asking how to collect it, he asked me how to donate it to Our Place and other food service providers for people in need."

Considering the large sum involved and that the man might be overwhelmed, the investigators asked him to think about it overnight. However, the next day, he returned with the same answer regarding what he wanted to do with the funds.

The man, who has chosen to not be identified, said that he wanted to "honor the generosity of the community by paying it forward." What he does want to do is work, meanwhile, so creators of the Go Fund Me page are now spearheading the man's request for help in finding a job.

According to NY Mag, men have been buying bulk in breast milk as fitness aids, health elixirs or out of plain fetish for quite some time now but as of late, the sales have been booming.

Researchers in the U.K. felt compelled to issue a warning about the practice. NY Mag reports:

In an editorial published in the Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine, doctors warned that since the sale of breast milk online isn't regulated, there's really no way to tell if your "liquid gold" actually contains things like syphilis, HIV, hepatitis B and C, or other harmful bacteria from using equipment that hasn't been sanitized. Drinking it can be especially risky for people with weakened immune systems (some chemo patients use it to curb nausea).

The authors also state that the medicinal properties people claim breast milk to have could just be a placebo effect.

So basically people are psyching themselves into believing that breast milk is some type of liquid potion that cures all. Is breast milk the real HGH?

The Corps member, Susan Ijeoma Azubike, who was last seen on Sunday May 31st in Owo, Ondo State after armed robbers attacked a GUO Transport bus conveying her and several other passengers to Lagos from Abuja where they were serving, was rescued by the police two days ago.
