Hie,in Zimbabwe l have nailed this bird,but am failing to get filmax and filmazia transponder,am using a shinestar lnbf on a 1.8 prime focus dish.pliz anyone aboard in zimbabwe who have nailed all the transponders,what should l do to nail them?

Pliz may the gurus of the house tell where am going wrong,in tracking filmax.am in zimbabwe,and have managed to nail paksat 1r,but the two transponders for filmax 4060H2300 and the 4020H27700 are rufusing to turn green on srt 4669xii.all other channels are ok. lam still waiting for someone in the house to assist me nail filmax.ls there anyone from zimbabwe?
