Dear Nairalanders, My best friend ex-boyfriend is proposing marriage to me, he is getting on my nevers, he won't let me be, I am confused. I like him (not love oo) but what will i tell my best friend, how will she feel about this? Please what should I do?

A 31 year old guy asked a 22 year old virgin out, she accepted and later fell inlove with this guy, she allowed him disvirgin her and after 8 months this guy invited her for a talk one afternoon, guess what he told her? "Lucy am very sorry i have a very serious relationship with another girl and she is the woman my family wants me to marry and she is coming back from the States next week, pls you have to stop calling me, stop visiting pls just forget everything about me I am sorry" what do u people have to say about this girl's situation? am so upset with the whole thing. who do we blame, the 22 yr old virgin or the guy?

Theres this problem am doing research on. Why is it that most Igbo (espacially Business men) date Lagos babes, then when they want to get married they go back to their village to look for virgins? another one is when they finally get married to a virgin girl, after a year or there about, they will start chasing Lagos babes again. Does this mean that village virgins are for keeps while lagos babes are for , ?

The best way around it is to ignore the fact that they are interested in u, look into your own heart,  do u think u can actually make out something nice with such a person? Do u think it can work out in anyway,  what are the attributes about him that u like, things of the heart only, if u look at the physical u will be decieved.
Bottomline is that it should come from your perspective, not from the guy chasing u around because at the end of the day, he'll brand u loose and even recommend u to his friends for quick results

How Do I Know If A Guy Is Really In Love

Please. Nairalanders, how can you possibly tell if a guy really loves you. am so confused to the extent that when a guy tells me how much he loves me i get so scared, I can't trust men any longer because of past experieces. what can I do, how do i know if a guy is really serious about me?
