Honestly this crime happened in Lagos, Ado soba area of abule-ado along oshodi badagry express way. The demons actually came into her room through the window, raped and killed her. I was heart broken and my heart wept when I heard about it. Her mum found her lifeless body in the morning she went to beckon on her DAT wat was she still doing in bed.
This Sunday DAT just passed was the outing service her parents did in church in Lagos for her death.
Honestly it was soooo painful u would weep wen u saw her mum not to mention, she was d baby of the house

ROI on what investment? Treasury bills investments involves huge amount of money and if u are buying from d secondary market e.g from banks, d interest rate is reduced. Call me for more info

the 3 month, 6 month and 1yr tenor each come with their fixed interest rates.
You won't get 3/4 (you probably meant 1/4) of the 1yr interest rate if you are going for the 3 months.
e.g.
if 3 months is 14.5% per annum (1/4 of 14.5%)
6 months is 17% per annum (1/2 of 17%)
1 yr is 18.5% per annum (1 of 18.5%).

Wat I believe in treasury bills is dat d interest is usually slashed if its not for d complete term of the investment. For instance if d interest rate for a treasury bill is is 15% annually and you want to invest 1m for 3month, ur interest is calculated as 1m*(3/4)*15%= 37500 naira for 3months. Not bad too
N.B in no risk investments, or investments that guarantees a ROI having a low or NO risk on investments, short term investments always offer low ROIs compared to long term investments that offer higher ROIs

Insurance is still d best to me biko. Having a 40% ROI annually is higher than wat dis FG bonds offers for even 20yrs. They even offer 13% interest on an annual fixed deposit or capital of which if u are to collect interest off front u will forfiet only 1%. Meaning someone DAT is bringing a fixed deposit or capital of 1m will have 130k interest in a yr but if wants his interest off front will be given 120k and lose 10k which is d 1%. No investment platform or bank can give dis type of rate in Nigeria and it's sure and guaranteed
