If I'm low on data or if I have a low phone battery, I'll rather just ask a fellow human nearby for directions than bother with a physical map

If you've ever completed a commercial building (shops, offices, etc) with upfront rents, please can you share how you did it?

How did you ensure you didn't get stuck at the middle of the project?

(Maybe building materials price getting much higher than estimated. Or some other risk)
