legacystore: Crypto currency is known to have high volatility which means anything is possible u can make 80% loss or gain in just 24 hours depending on how the pendulum swings.
Let's discuss crypto picks, strategies and tips
My strategy is hodl or swing trading
Day trading is a no no for me, don't even have such time Thanks for starting this thread Can you recommend any resources on the basics of crypto, particularly on how to get started without risking much of one's fiat currency? ( Logged into my ByBit and all those numbers be looking like the Matrix!)
My thinking is: If crypto is such a good investment, there should be ways to get into it without risking one's fiat currency. Other than that, it's just another form of gambling Please correct me where you see me missing anything. Thanks |

Seun: Dear Nairalanders,...
While the action helped us to tackle many chronic issues, it also led to disastrous ban of hundreds of innocent Nairalanders.
We believe these changes are a significant step towards a better balance – tackling clear violations more effectively while minimizing the frustration caused by bot errors on complex social issues. We will continue to monitor the bot's performance closely.
Thank you for being part of the Nairaland community.
Best Regards, Seun Osewa. Seun, is there a way you can get the bot to notify people of the exact infraction observed? For instance, " you've been banned for 30 minutes because your post contained [specific infraction]"
Maybe that can also help users amend their ways. Thanks for all you do to keep Nairaland growing |

Konquest: It’s also obvious from reading this article that the promoters of this pyramid scheme didn't have a full grasp of what investing is all about because the percentage returns of 100% after 30 days offered is way too high! That's a recipe for a quick collapse of any investment program. This is why background checks and due diligence are very important. Well said |

Thescrutinyng: The SEC DG stated that by virtue of the Investment and Securities Act (ISA) 2025 recently signed by President Bola Tinubu, any platform not registered with the commission is operating illegally. He emphasised that the new act grants SEC enhanced powers to regulate digital asset platforms, including the authority to prosecute operators of unregistered platforms and ponzi schemes. Thanks for sharing But doesn't this sound like he's indicting himself? If he had such powers, why didn't he regulate well to stop CBEX? |

RYEOFARMS: Why exactly are you scared of dogs? Because of what they told you about dogs? If so you may have been misinformed Dogs are lovely creatures to be around and before you get one I'd advise you do a thorough research on your breed of choice
Get a well-bred dog (not mixes from mixologists) and most likely get a pup
If you need more info on how to raise a well behaved puppy? Or anything thing at all
Send me a dm on 0705 423 5931 whatsapp to join our private class Thanks so much for your encouragement and constructive feedback Still working out details but will definitely research on breeds as you suggested About your invite, currently committed on so many platforms on WhatsApp. Maybe we can still connect on something else in the future Thanks again and GOD bless |
Pets › Want To Start A Dog Business - But I'm Scared Of Dogs. Would It Work? by werisetogether(op): 1:36pm On Mar 24, 2025*. Modified: 7:44am On Sep 07, 2025 |
Have run the numbers; they look good, especially for dogs that can also serve as "security personnel". Also have the space available at my home to start up a small kennel for dogs.
Just one snag: I'm scared of dogs myself!
Also not helped by scary tales I've heard about security dogs that have gone wild and turned on their owners, even after years of training.
What do you think? Should I go for it? If you've overcome this fear to start your own dog business, please share the tips that helped you. Would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
EDIT: Thanks so much for your responses. Decided not to go this route. All the best... |
