Hello All,

I have a good friend of mine whose score is 357 on the Express Entry program. His IELTS is Listening 7.0, Reading 7.0, Writing 6.5, Speaking 8.5
How can he improve his score? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

It is very possible to get 10 tons supply every day. The whole of the Southern part of Nigeria is an oil palm trees zone. Even extending to the Southern parts of the neighboring countries. There are many large scale companies that process palm kernel nuts in hundreds of tons per day. And they do not lack raw materials. However because of the fact that the availability of raw materials is a limiting factor in the industry, it behoves on the operators to find ways of getting it. Example there is the case of one of our clients from the South West who was buying palm kernel nuts for N200,000 some time ago but when he complained to us, we had to link him up to another of our client at Akwa Ibom where he started buying it at less than N150,000 per ton. He simply hired trailer trucks and started ferrying the raw materials from Akwa Ibom to the South West thereby raking in huge profits. The problem with some operators is that when they set up a factory, they will just sit back in their factory office and expect the raw material to be flowing into his factory. That practice does not make them dynamic and venturing business men.

Palm Kernel Oil is sold ABROAD at $1600/TONNE which is approximately N600,000.
In Nigeria, a tonne is approximately N280-300,000.

When exporting, 5 drums make one 1 Container...

So won't you rather export your palm kernel oil?

Send the COPR back then they'll request for your wife's info for background check and they'll also perform a medical exam. After that they'll add her to your application and issue you both with new visas (with a new expiry date) and new COPR.

If you don't send it back. Your PR would be cancelled. I know someone whose PR was cancelled as they didn't add their newborn to the application. The baby was born in d US(American passport) , so the family thought they didn't need a visa for her.

My predicament is that the visa issued would expire 1st week of June, would the new COPR be ready before the visa expires?

Yes you MUST inform CIC before you travel that you're no longer single. You'll be asked to send your COPR back and evidence of your marriage so she can be added to your application and she'll also need to take medical exams. When you land the boarder agent will still ask if you're single and if you say you aren't you'll find yourself on d next available flight back to your country. That's why if you check the letter accompanying your COPR you'll see where they wrote that you must inform CIC if your circumstances have changed.

Send the COPR back, when I have already paid for my ticket. oh dear

Yes you can. From what i read recently, it appears their is still grace till when PR is issued which will definitely be after you have landed so, quickly contact them and tell them of your situation.

Please I would like to find out on how to proceed with this issue. I'm an FSW 2014 applicant and my visa was issued this February. I plan on getting married this March 2016, do I still need to inform CIC before I travel about change in my circumstance (i.e. no longer single).
