I bought on 18th Dec,2025 in Lagos.

Now,the person is using my sim card offline and on WhatsApp.
I chatted him few minutes ago and he responded with chat and video call.
I have screenshot his face during the video call.

What step should I take to apprehend him and get my property or money back?

You would've done SIM welcome back before you left Nigeria.
