I recently watched a skit showing 3 friends who were all hungry and deliberating on how to source for food. Two of them agreed they should all contribute so they can buy food but the 3rd one claimed he had no money but would eat if they are able to source for food eventually. So the two guys devised a means by changing the topic to contribution for "cana". The 3rd guy quickly agreed they all contribute to buy the weeed and even sent his own contribution first. Immediately they confirmed his transfer they cussed him for always being eager to buy smoke and not food. They told him the money will be used for food and there's nothing that can be done about it.

In the comment section of that skit, there were quite a handful of comments of young guys claiming they have friends like that ; guys who are very much addicted to weed and give it priority above any other need they may have.

We don't even know how big his entourage would have been those periods and the one he'll still take home. His dealer would also charge him based on his status unlike lower street level. Unless you are very disciplined with money every one has what they love to spend money on the most before you even talk of when addiction enters.
