I think you may be overreacting because that performance was not exactly great. Dortmund concede way too many goals and a poor team defensively. Hummels had a great game and Kobel made some incredible saves to keep them alive.

They have good young talents but they also struggle to finish games strongly. Atletico were poor and missed a ton of chances especially after Correa came in.
