Beauty is subjective. Your definition of beauty might not be someone else's. So it's not right to make an authoritative claim that a race is more beautiful than another.
Besides, not all white women are pretty, and there are Nigerian women that are more beautiful than their white counterparts.

I'm actually from Ukraine not Lithuania. I only reside and work here. However I dont regard these as "imbalances". I believe nature made everyone equal. It's the people who choose to live life the way they want.

Evolution is one. The black women choose to be housewives and not evolve like the white did. It's now they are starting to. You can't blame nature. Everyone's brain is the same from.birth. so that neurologist of yours is a fake.

Same goes with the feminine stuff you mentioned. They choose to be like that. They choose to be tough. Whites choose to be weak cindarellas. You can't blame nature also. They choose to be big in size by eating big food and not working out, whites choose to be small and tiny. You cannot blame nature.

- The blue eyes only occurs in extreme cold such as winter. Some are grey(Mine is grey during extreme heat). And only a few people have this naturally. Majority are fake.

- The white hair cannot go in water without extreme work to dry it, shampoo, comb and set back. Which is same thing a black woman would do. So both can go in water but most black women dont have that time so they avoid it like it cannot. Hollywood has influence your points.

- White is not so appealing. It appears to be because 60% of the world is white. Whether you divide it into Indians, Pakistan, Arab, bla bla. .white skin is white skin. So 60% of the world having that same skin make it look like it's everyone favorite.

- Voice is gene specific not color or race. Have you heard my voice? You need to.

I'm not supporting any race buh it's not what you think. I don't find any beauty in skin black or white. Beauty is in face and shape not color.

Before we start, I am not saying any race is better. I won't condone any unwarranted insult from any gender or race. Let's respect our selves. Thank You.

So I was discussing with my friends concerning this issue. "Did nature favor white women over black during creation? ". We are not talking about human modifications or ideas such as who is a better home maker or who makes sex better... no! We are talking nature default setting! Default setting even before man knew what nature is. So I was asking my friends and they brought up some points.. I even asked my wife same question.

1.) Hair:- I have sisters so I have been privileged to see how much black women spend both in resources and time to make their hair presentable. Compared to white women, a white woman's hair is presentable by default with amazing features: It can go in water anywhere and anytime, it doesn't need any attachment or weave as it's naturally long, it's naturally flexible and curly no need of Much shampoo and creams, it's naturally dark and polished without any special lotion unlike black woman hair that is actually brown. Why the inbalance in nature? Why didn't nature make them the same? My wife couldn't answer.

2.) The natural innocent look: According to statistics I've pulled from many sources, 80% white women within age range of 12 - 45 has the innocent and actual feminine look. Compared to black women, when black women attain age 30+ 60% black women loose that innocent look. And they look tougher which is not supposed to be. Younger men tend to get intimidated. Most black women innocent look stays around age 12 - 24 max 30. I stand to be corrected.

3.) The feminine mind: Most black women don't have the actual expected feminine Mind females should have by default. According to some specialists, an actual female by default is in planted with 'mild fear'. It's nature's setting which some women tend to outgrow or muscle out of. However black women lack this fear which makes most black women to be treated sometimes with hard fist. Which should not be.

4.) White is more appealing: Yeah I said it. Yup. It's just one truth. According to research, 58% black men desire to marry white women and would do it if opportunity comes while 18% fantasizes about white female crushes and lovers because of that inner beauty that lies on white skin. Although 98% black men deny this truth to patronise their women as most black women prefer black men. Why didn't nature make white men desire black women? Why the imbalance?

5.) Evolution: White women have evolved in 30 scores and a 100 more than black women. The ratio of the distance is 99:1. More reason why black men wish their black woman can just 'act' white for a day. This is arguable, but many black men today wish the brain of a white woman can just appear in their black woman's head even if it's for 1 day. That evolution though it has its downside, but has made the white women ahead and on top. However, we shouldn't blame nature but alas, we will. Why did nature make white women evolve faster? It's a brain thing. The brain of a white woman according to a Neurologist tends to acquire and move ahead in thinking than a black woman even with her PhD. And we have seen this in day to day activities unless we wanna deny. Why did nature do this?

6.) The blue eyes: This magnificent and majestic part of white women keeps me wondering why nature could make the eyes of a white woman so beautiful and colorful without any artifical attachment unlike a black woman. According to statistics, most men especially Indian, Black, And Mandarins tend to appreciate women with colorful eye. An Indian man can divorce his wife for a woman with such eye beauty so can a black man. Why is this? Again , nature why?

7.) The Voice: 78% black women have an unusual and modified feminine voice which should not be. Most black women sound manly. Nature was quite unfair.

I shared these points with my wife and even she could see that nature was not balanced in creation. Although she had an excuse for that. But let's leave that aside. Her excuse was racist so forget it.

I have to stop here to hear your views. I did not put the above. It's ideas from people I discussed with I complied. So what are your own thoughts?

With all due respect, your comments does not help the company or change the facts stated by the Op. The OP attached relevant screenshots to prove his claim. So you acting like he is not making sense or he has no case only makes viewers believe you work with the company and trying to whisk your way out.

Instead of advising the OP on how to go about getting his money back, you are saying it is false. Then it is better you do not comment at all so as not to worsen the issue for the company as their reputation is on the line. I checked their domain it is just 3 months old and if you google GoldXService the first thing you see is the Nairaland Fraud thread(This thread) so you can imagine how disgraceful this may be for the company in regard. And i guess no one has used the service to even stand in for them

And we wonder why serious online services do not consider the Nigerian audience as profitable, when the "webmasters" of the biggest forum in the country are stuck in 1998.

This should be a learning curve for both of you. Customer satisfaction is paramount in any business and it doesn't matter how big or small the money involved is, there should have been a term that explains exactly how the process works before committing you to pay.

And on the other hand, you probably haven't done a great job yourself, it takes a lot for a company to accept responsibility you know. And only a fair company will refund you, because the table can be easily turned around should there be an agreement. You chose to pay them the second time around and from legal perspective, that's you putting yourself on the spot.

Next time you should ask for a contract term, policy information regarding the particular service you are subscribing to etc otherwise with other companies you probably not going to get your money back just for smearing the company.

And your service provider should also learn a lesson or two from this and write contracts that reflects their additionally services, it doesn't matter if it's an affiliate thingy with interswitch or other companies, that way people will understand the process and know what they are getting into.

As far as I'm concerned, the case is already closed because you want your money back and they are willing to pay you back. You should shake hands and move on.

On what ground have you paid and was there a term or contract of any kind that you have read or signed before cashing out?. I will be gob smacked if there was non which put you on the spot.

It's always good to read contract terms or what ever before committing to anything. That little extra bit of work reading or research would have saved you all the hassle.
