You enjoyed school, yes i can accept..but me don't agree you enjoyed every single moment in this uniben. Naa, the frustration is overbearing.

I have some "crazy" friends who made school environment like a playing ground that never allow intimidation from a single soul- be it a student, professor, lecturer or even Uniben security. We no dey cause 'wahala' sha but we stood as a family against any form of oppression nor to be frustrated. Imagine make eco lecturer fix class during edu class or Ade class wey Mr. kazeem always hold test. We go leave Eco class to attend Ade class and when we are tru with Ade class, we enter Eco class in masses...just about 44 of us. grin

The lecturer go just mute. I remember in final year too wey one of us dare to slap a junior lecturer if the lecturer try to touch or push him bcud the lecturer hit one of my course mate hard on the chest, Na him the whole class vex put and almost got the exam postponed. Na Uniben security safe am. Now u see that I had fun. grin

PS- Ekosodin was fun too becoming who they "body_cover"

I think which I am not sure of could mean, consumers and suppliers expectations in relation to supply and demand of goods. And this may rest more on the demand side of expectation either for production of goods by a supplier(Manufacturer) and demand for goods for consumption purpose by a consumer in relation to price.

PS- just a thought
It can also mean areas of sales to cover...like a growth in sales of their product/goods since it is related to sales.

Oh Broda....I would have luv to,but my "student Visa" done expirer. Faculty of Education isn't that big, soon you will know Social Hall, Oshodin, PG hall, VTE class and so on if you haven't. And the famous "HotSpot" grin

Welcome to the Faculty of Education. I do not have the timetable, but I want to share with you my time and what may be of good use on your table during a test or examination for good grades. If you are under Adult and Non-Formal Education, do learn how to answer questions by writing excessively, for many lecturers like it, love it and can't do without it. And above all, know your lecturer- Let it be your time table.

PS- There is one guy then, the guy can use a whole page to define Adult Education. We wey we just use like 3,4 or 5 lines define Adult Education be like say we no know book when result go show for the Adult Education Notice Board. The next thing u go see na cry

please am a fresher through DE and I used my OND results.
the issues am having now is that am through with my online clearance, but my transcript is not ready now.
is there anyway I can still go ahead with the physical clearance without the transcript.

and please when is the deadline for submission of transcript if any.

You ought to have requested your transcript to be sent to uniben, Exams and Records or to the Registrar. And as you said it is yet to be ready, I will advice you give it a try and not by staying back. You can rapport with clearance officer and the worst could be you demanding for deferment of admission till next session. Which I hope the transcript should be ready by then.

For those who are yet to be admitted, never ever count yourself aa a failure, nor think that the world is over that you did not get admission while your friend or enemy did.

Life is more than what we think is happening to you. Once there is life, there is hope. When we remain positive, growth is inevitable.
Take for instance, I graduated 2015, did my NYSC 2016/17. After passing out. Guess you all will be thinking I should be okay by now. But, do know that, as many of my mate who are working or still applying for jobs, I can't even apply for a job for now nor even go to work. Why? I have been down with arthritis; kneel pains after about two months I passed out of NYSC til date.But, I never let what is happening to me cloud my hope of walking again.

That aside, no matter the hour, the clock is still ticking to meet your own hour of joy, happiness and testimonies.
One may go to school and never graduates due to many factors like cult wars, illness, accident and even food poisoning while in school. But when there is life, nothing is impossible to achieve in as much as we keep on trying and staying out of cultism.

Do note that as a fresh student, fees are attracted......Admission acceptance fee, School fees and other fees with faculty and departmental fees.
You can pay this fees over there using your master card.
His admission can be verified via Jamb Caps portal by giving you his login details or on Uniben student portal with his login details. While the Admission Acceptance Fee and School fees is done on Uniben. Waeup . org/ login
by logging into the portal with his login details. Other fees are done with cash at hand and other expenses as well.

Need a little bit of information with regard admission at Uniben to get some perspective.

This is born out of paying quite a bit of money for an unscrupulous family member who I paid about £1.5k for school fees, etc.

I discovered later that it was a shameless scam. The issue is integrity not £££.

Essentially, I have a nephew who had 207 in JAMB did clearance or an additional it seems entrance examination of sorts. He now claims to have been granted admission to study LLB Law at Uniben.

Is this feasible or how do I authenticate his claims please.

1. Tel him to get you his matriculation number or Uniben login details for to verify his studentship both online and at the Faculty of Law.
or
2. Take his name, jamb reg number and year of admission to the Faculty of Law for verification. or
3. Try to get across to exams and records with his details. But I think it will stressful dealing with exams and records.

Oh sorry...now I got your question., To start a "new session", you ought yo have paid your school fees. For new intake, You have to been cleared online on the Waeup portal in other to pay the school fees. Sometimes, after you have been cleared and paid school fees, you need the code on the school fee paymnebt ticket in other to register your Courses (new session) online.

On your Acceptance fee payment ticket. To activate the code, the first box space, put zero "0",and put the remaining code in the second box space. I think for 100L, during online course registration, the code on the school fees payment ticket is sometimes required.

A friend of mine scored 56% agg she applied for medsurge and her caps and kofa are showing 'not admitted' and 'submitted' respectively. Her uncle is a prof in UniBen and she is helping her running d admission but she has not heard from him lately...
She just want to Know if those with connection can be admitted into medsurge with aggregate of 56%?
Her friend with 55% agg has been giving biochemistry(no connection involved).
Pls ur reply is needed...

She should continue checking CapsJamb and Waeup....it is yet to be over. BTW, the Prof may not have a personnel in UAB, but due to pressure and assumptions, he will just collect her details. 55% is also low for MedSurg.

Hello nairalanders. I am a newly admitted student of the University of Benin (UNIBEN).
I'm in my mid 20's (25 precisely) from Akwa Ibom State.
I needed to study in a reputable institution outside my state.
I've been working and saving up funds for school and saved up to 200 thousand naira of which i have expensed all of my savings on acceptance fees, tuition fees, courses registration, accomodation and etcetera.
Right now as school is about starting few moments from now and i don't wanna be a burden to my parents at my age. With the hustling energy and versatile spirit in me I'd like nairalanders based in Benin to kindly link me up to any part time jobs that i can earn so i could garner the resources and stipends to survive and also sort out my academic issues.
I can also lawn grasses, remove weeds, trim flowers, engage on brick laying works.
No matter how demeaning it may be. I'd take it on so far it brings money.
I reside in BDPA 19th street Benin Lagos Road. Ugbowo opposite UNIBEN.
