I don't know if date have been given to any, but, you shall know yours through your portal if old ways is followed.

Going by the former and adopted way, do check your portal for a stipulated clearance date for your physical clearance.

The issue here is that all the rest that were initially affected by this glitch Mechatronics to Marine had their course and admission letter changed from Marine back to Mechatronics but his own didn't change except only in the application slip.

It makes it difficult to proceed with any payment of fees or clearance.

PS. Drae can I get the number of any system administrator in the school?

It is better he pays the acceptance fee and do what I have said in the other replies. And if there is anything, he will have the opportunity to do it via clearance officers consent and approval.

Thanks for the input. It seems you don't get d point am making he is seeing two courses on his Kofa page, Mechatronics on application slip, Marine on admission letter.

What the admission letter carries should actually be the correct one. That's what they make do. But then, you can do a change of course corresponding to what it's on the admission letter which will be presented at the physical clearance. If there is something else you need to do, the physical clearance officer will inform your brother.

PS: Clearance officers also have data/details or list of student for the course area they are clearing for.

Log in to my brother's profile on Kofa with details created during Post UTME, admitted course of study is Mechatronics on it (same as d one given on caps) after his course was changed but when I log in again with new username/ID and new password on Kofa, all his details are reflecting Marine even in his admission letter.

All those who initially had this issue at first have their details already rectified.

Please what's the way out? Can he still pay acceptance fees with this kind of development?

He can pay the acceptance fee based on the course he is seeing on his kofa page. And he should do a change of course to the course that's on his kofa portal/page asap.

It will reflect on your online created payment ticket as soon as once payment is successful.

Her chances is relatively depended on her chosen course of study, aggregate score of applicants for the course and above all luck.

Once you have been given a new login ID and password on kofa, log in and go-to menu which is the 3 white dashes, click it and click on "my data" , from there create by adding a payment ticket for acceptance fee.
After that, click on the created payment ticket and pay using an ATM Card or print out the Payment ticket and proceeded to any bank to pay. Once successful, it will reflect on your portal to initiate online clearance.

Nothing is wrong. You have to do a change of course, charging it on jamb to what you see on your kofa uniben portal.

Please house, how do I know which course I was given under agriculture cos what I see is only admitted under agriculture.

You will know when Kofa is updated; whereby you will be given another login details into your student kofa/waeup portal. And course of admission under Faculty of Agriculture, will be right there on your profile.

I was unable to access the admission status. If you don't mind, kindly reply with your 2018 jamb registration number for there isn't a record concerning jamb 2018 on your dashboard.

It can be accepted/rejected as it depends on the clearance officer in charge.
And to avoid being stressed, you can/should get another birth certificate.

Menu is the Three dashes at the right top of your browser.

Steps:
1. Login into your Kofa account
2. click on the menu
3. Click on "my data"
4. click on "payments"
5. click on add payment to create payment ticket for acceptance fee.
