RomanceMan Blocks Busy Highway Traffic With Marriage Proposal, Now Faces Criminal Charg by Wicfasho(op): 6:12am On Dec 16, 2015
A man who stopped traffic on one of Houston's busiest highways to propose to his girlfriend may not get the happy ending he was hoping for.
Houston Police Department spokeswoman Jodi Silva confirmed 24-year-old Vidal Valladares will be charged with obstruction of highway, which is a Class B misdemeanor.

Silva said the charge is now winding its way through the Harris County court system. He will have the option of turning himself in, filling out the paperwork and immediately getting bonded out, she said.
It was unclear if the soon-to-be-wife or the friends who helped block traffic will be charged, as well.
In a video posted on Instagram, Valladares enlisted his friends to stand in front of lanes of traffic while he proposed to his girlfriend Michelle Wycoff in the middle of the highway near downtown Houston.
"I just wanted to do something different," Valladares said.

To get to a party Valladares made up as a ruse, the couple took the highway, which is one of Wycoff's favorite spots. Valladares took her on a motorcycle ride on freeway on their second date.
That's when Valladares told his girlfriend of a year and half to get out of the car.

"I said, 'Are you serious?'" Wycoff said. "Then I saw all my family and friends with cameras and I looked where Vidal was and he was down on one knee.

"Honestly, I didn't think about if it was a good idea or a bad idea. I was just so happy in the moment. I love him so much."

Valladares said his friends and family, who were following closely behind, stopped traffic for about 35 seconds while he popped the question

"I never really thought about causing an accident. I thought about my girlfriend," he said.

The hopeless romantic posted a photo of the proposal to Instagram with the caption, "When you shut down one of the biggest and busiest freeways in the entire country (I45) and you ask your girl if she wants to marry u, That moment is priceless love u #shesaidyes."
While the hashtag implies she said "yes" and a hug quickly ensued after he dropped to one knee, The video can be viewed on Instagram.
The charge came hours after Houston Police Department said they would not seek charges against the couple because police were not called to the scene and the situation was cleared before police could see it on patrol.

"It appears we were not called to the scene and it more than likely happened quickly before our officers saw it on patrol," HPD spokesman Victor Senties said. "While we're happy for the couple, this is not something we would want to encourage anyone to do. People could have lost their lives stopping on the freeway like that."

However, that won't necessarily be the case for any copy-cats.

"If there was a similar scenario and the officers were called to the scene to witness it, the officers would tell them to clear the roadway and if they refused, they could be arrested with blocking a roadway, which is a Class B misdemeanor," Senties said.

Texas Department of Transportation agreed that the act was both against the law and dangerous.

FamilyMom Who Says Her Job Is 'being The Best Mom' Arrested After Children Were Found by Wicfasho(op): 5:18am On Dec 16, 2015
A woman who was arrested after the bodies of a three-year-old girl and six-year-old boy were found shoved inside plastic tote containers hidden a storage locker said her career was: 'Being The Best Mom I Can Be'.
Tami Joy Huntsman, 39, and her 17-year-old boyfriend, Gonzalo Curiel, are behind bars and facing charges of felony child abuse, torture, and mayhem, after the gruesome discovery in Redding, California, on Monday night.

Police were led to the remains after they discovered a 'severely abused' nine-year-old girl at an apartment Huntsman was taken. The youngster was taken into surgery suffering multiple injuries.

Sheriff Greg Hagwood said she weighed about 40 pounds, had broken bones in her shoulder, broken fingers, a dislocated jaw, and teeth that were missing or loose.

Neither them or the nine-year-old girl had been enrolled in local schools.
Huntsman is a relative of the two homicide victims but not their mother. Her Facebook page lists her work as "Being the Best Mom I Can Be."
When Huntsman, Curiel, and the young children moved from Salinas to a friend's house in Quincy, Calif., Plumas County Child Protective Services alerted the sheriff because agents found a tortured 9-year-old girl. The girl was starving and dying.

"Due to the circumstances surrounding the incident, further investigation was required for possible additional victims. This led to the discovery of two deceased (kids) inside a storage unit in the city of Redding," Peay said.

Autopsies are pending, and it was not immediately clear where or when the two children died.

Robinson's Monterey County office filed death reports for the two children, indicating that the kids may have died in Salinas.
The two homicide victims and the abused 9-year-old girl were siblings. Friends said Huntsman was caring for the children who were slain because their mother died after she was struck by a car while walking, and the father gave up custody.
Huntsman's 12-year-old twins (a boy and a girl) were taken by Child Protective Services agents when she was arrested.
Curiel and Huntsman remain jailed with bail set at $1 million each. Curiel will be tried as an adult, prosecutors said Tuesday.

According to Plumas News, Curiel tipped off investigators that they would find the missing children's bodies in the storage locker.

Tami Huntsman and her brother, Wayne Huntsman, grew up in Santa Cruz. Wayne Huntsman is currently in prison and accused of intentionally igniting a massive wildfire in a national forest.
The Plumas County Sheriff's Office, Redding Police Department, and Salinas Police Department are investigating further circumstances surrounding the children's death.

"We are still deep into the investigation," Salinas Police Chief Kelly McMillin said.

Plumas County Sheriff Greg Hagwood said:

"This is an unspeakable tragedy. I don't understand. And I don't think anybody can fully appreciate the measure of suffering and pain and terror that people inflict on one another."

Elliott Robinson, director of social services for Monterey County, told KBSW that Huntsman and her family had been investigated for the last year, suspected of abusing their children.

Curiel and Huntsman remain jailed with bail set at $1 million each. Prosecutors said on Tuesday that Curiel will be tried as an adult.

The identities of the children have not yet been released. Their cause of death is also not yet known.

Webmasters5 Reasons Why Upcoming Bloggers Can Not Be Like Linda Ikeji by Wicfasho(op):
Many aspiring bloggers today only need the money fast. Their main purpose and intention for blogging is to make fast money. I won't blame them much, Every blogger wants to be like Linda Ikeji because she makes cool cash. Yes! I mean cool cash. The term "Linda Ikeji" has now become the Synonym of "A Blogger". I am going to list out Five Reasons why these so-called-bloggers can't be up to (like) Linda. Everybody is now a blogger! LOL!

1. Passion

Linda's passion for blogging made her what she is today. Until i watched Linda on Toolz's Show, "Juice", i didn't believe Linda started blogging because she loves it. Most bloggers just need the money, and not only needing it, they need it fast. I remember a friend asking me to set up a blog for him, i was curious why someone who doesn't have a good knowledge of the internet will want to go into blogging. My curiosity made me ask him why, his reply was "Woo, bros i need cash ooo. I need cool money jare.". I smiled, though i wasn't able to educate him on what blogging really is.
Passion really matters a lot in anything we do. Not only in blogging but everything we want to succeed in.

2. Copying and Pasting Habits

Copying and pasting is very common among bloggers today. I don't mean we shouldn't copy or publish good posts for your readers but it shouldn't be just too much! Writing your own post / Content with one comment is better than copying other's with no comment. Some bloggers just go to popular sites, highlight a post, copy, paste and publish on it their blog.. .. No stress. right? Yes! They need more and large traffic and posts so that google can approve them for Adsense. Any one who calls these type of people bloggers should be jailed. I mean it. I am really mad about infringing on copyrighted posts.
Informing the owner/writer of a post before coping is not that bad. Please stop copying write-up or materials that you are not legally granted to copy.

3. No New Initiation

Since Linda Ikeji Writes on News, Entertainment, Gossips, Politics, e.t.c (Mainly News), Every blogger wants to do the same. It will be easier to ride a bicycle where only you is riding with 90 Meters, than Where ten people are riding with 30 Meters. Yep! I am very good in making analogies. I didn't copy that quote anywhere. I used it making up this post. Hmmmm.. Back to what i was saying. There is no body that can't make it in blogging, only if you don't have what it takes. Blogging is not a talent. No! It is a Passion-Turned-Job. Quote me anywhere. There are other aspect or field, bloggers can face and explore on. If you haven't gotten what i am saying in this section, I mean "CHANGE YOUR BLOGGING DIRECTION" to a field where there are no much competitors. There are thousands of Entertainment/News Sites/blog in Nigeria today. You can write on Health, Marriage, Family, Religion, Technology, Money-Management, Jobs, Opinions and lots more. These are just very very few aspect you can face.. Also note that, when you set up your blog for marriage or Family, don't post News or articles that are not related to the blog..

4. Time

Time is one great issue you must consider before going into blogging, Many bloggers are like "Part Time" Bloggers. I am not against part time blogging when the site/blog in question is not a News Site/Blog. Yes! It is not every day that you have contents or articles to post on a Religion blog for example. If you are running a News site or you are about to, there is no doubt that you have to be with an internet connected portable computer 24/7. This is really a great task for people that need the money. If you love blogging (as a passion now), you can go any length. Linda Ikeji Doesn't have anyone who posts for her. So, she is always blogging. Doing what she loves. Sometimes, when i visit her blog, I will see post written around 4 A.M (I don't think they are scheduled posts). You can't be a Part time blogger (Like Jide Ogunsanya) when you are running a News blog.
Upcoming bloggers go into blogging without knowing what people want, what people love to read. You have to get a niche for your blog before embarking on any.

5. Determination

If Linda Was just looking for "THE MONEY", she would make it but not up to what she is getting now. Determination can take you anywhere in live, aside blogging now. Just be determined and you are there smiling. Listen ! Take this as an example. Bola loves writing(blogging)! Yes. That's her hobby. But most of her write-ups and articles are not read, not to talk of commenting. She continued doing what she loved best believing that one day people will visit her blog, will have loads of comments and people will love and thank her for what she loves doing. That's determination with Faith! I not a religious person, but faith is not only used in the church.
Now, when you have believed you are not blogging for the money side, just be determined, do what you love, be loved for what you love, and thank me later for writing this article.

SUMMARY

Having passion for blogging is a criteria of Succeeding as a blogger. Write What you have and on what you picked that your blog is based on. Don't copy and paste too much! Lol, Create new ideas, Calculate the total hours you will spend blogging per day, and have the determination you will get where you want to.

PS: I called Jide a Part Time blogger because he really is. He run a "Tech and How To Blog", so why should he be a Full Time Blogger? No hating please.

Thanks For Reading!

PoliticsAPC Mourns Audu, Restates Faith In Rule Of Law by Wicfasho(op): 1:07am On Nov 24, 2015
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has expressed its grief over Prince Abubakar Audu, its candidate in Saturday’s Kogi State gubernatorial contest who died suddenly yesterday on the very day he seemed to be winning the governorship for the second time.

In a statement signed by National Secretary Mai Mala Buni, the party described Audu as “one of our stars, a democrat par excellence, a development-oriented leader and a beacon for the liberation of Kogi State from its apparent decay,” adding, “He was a Prince of hope, a symbol of peace and an apostle of unity and reintegration of Kogi State.” Commiserating with his family and the people of Kogi State for their strong belief in Audu's capacity to redeem the state, APC said his death had created a big vacuum in the State but that it takes solace in the fact that God gives and God takes.

It said the former governor might have physically transited but will forever be spiritually and politically relevant in the state and in the country. “We appeal to the people of the state to see Audu's death as an act of God,” the statement said. “There should be no recourse to lawlessness or vindictiveness in whatever form. The only honour will can do Prince Abubakar Audu is to remain peaceful and resolve to be undaunted in preserving the adorable ideals he lived for. It was evident to all that he ran a good race, he played his part well and he earned a rare rating as an exemplary leader.”

The party pledged not to abandon Prince Audu even in death, saying his legacies, virtues and vision are timeless. It urged its members and supporters in Kogi Stare and nationwide not to allow their spirit to be dampened by the sudden passage of Prince Abubakar Audu, but instead to be united in mourning, and encouraged to effect the desired change in Kogi through the ballot. “On INEC's position that the November 21, 2015 governorship poll in Kogi State was inconclusive, APC is studying the declaration of the Returning Officer, Prof. Emmanuel Kucha, who is the Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi, based on Section M, Paragraph 4 (Page 22) of INEC Approved Guidelines and Regulations for the Conduct of the 2015 General Elections,” the statement continued, stressing that the party believes in the rule of law, as well as strict adherence to the 1999 Constitution and the Electoral Act 2010.

“Our government was a product of the rule of law, we have absolute faith in the nation's law and we will not in any manner undermine the law,” it further stated, adding that its observations and position will be within the laws of the land. It described the situation in Kogi State as a test case for the rule of law and the country’s growing democracy, and that APC is committed to its pledge to ensure a sustainable democracy.

EventsThe History Of Black Friday - Direct360news by Wicfasho(op): 11:54pm On Nov 23, 2015
For millions of people Black Friday is the time to do some serious Christmas shopping --even before the last of the Thanksgiving leftovers are gone! Black Black is the Friday after Thanksgiving, and it's one of the major shopping days of the year in the United States -falling anywhere between November 23 and 29. While it's not recognized as an official US holiday, many employees have the day off -except those working in retail.
The term “Black Friday” was coined in the 1960s to mark the kickoff to the Christmas shopping season. “Black” refers to stores moving from the “red” to the “black,” back when accounting records were kept by hand, and red ink indicated a loss, and black a profit. Ever since the start of the modern Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in 1924, the Friday after Thanksgiving has been known as the unofficial start to a bustling holiday shopping season.
In the 1960's, police in Philadelphia griped about the congested streets, clogged with motorists and pedestrians, calling it “Black Friday.” In a non-retail sense, it also describes a financial crisis of 1869: a stock market catastrophe set off by gold spectators who tried and failed to corner the gold market, causing the market to collapse and stocks to plummet.
Why did it become so popular?

As retailers began to realize they could draw big crowds by discounting prices, Black Friday became the day to shop, even better than those last minute Christmas sales. Some retailers put their items up for sale on the morning of Thanksgiving, or email online specials to consumers days or weeks before the actual event. The most shopped for items are electronics and popular toys, as these may be the most drastically discounted. However, prices are slashed on everything from home furnishings to apparel.
Black Friday is a long day, with many retailers opening up at 5 am or even earlier to hordes of people waiting anxiously outside the windows. There are numerous doorbuster deals and loss leaders – prices so low the store may not make a profit - to entice shoppers. Most large retailers post their Black Friday ad scans, coupons and offers online beforehand to give consumers time to find out about sales and plan their purchases. Other companies take a different approach, waiting until the last possible moment to release their Black Friday ads, hoping to create a buzz and keep customers eagerly checking back for an announcement.
More and more, consumers are choosing to shop online, not wanting to wait outside in the early morning chill with a crush of other shoppers or battle over the last most-wanted item. Often, many people show up for a small number of limited-time "door-buster" deals, such as large flat-screen televisions or laptops for a few hundred dollars. Since these coveted items sell out quickly, quite a few shoppers leave the store empty handed. The benefit of online shopping is that you will know right away if the MP3 player you want is out of stock, and can easily find another one without having to travel from store to store. Also, many online retailers have pre-Black Friday or special Thanksgiving sales, so you may not even have to wait until the big day to save. So, there you have it - the Black Friday history behind the best shopping day of the year!

PoliticsHow APC Guber Candidate, Abubakar Audu Of Kogi, Died by Wicfasho(op): 9:28pm On Nov 22, 2015
SaharaReporters has learned that Abubakar Audu, the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Party (APC) in yesterday's election in Kogi State, died as early as 5 a.m. Nigerian time on Sunday.

APC candidate Abubakar Audu voting yesterday before he went into coma and died
According to family sources, Mr. Audu started vomiting blood on Friday night in what family sources described as a bizarre deterioration in his health condition. One of the family sources described the late controversial politician as hypertensive.

"He started vomiting blood after he returned from Lokoja," said the family source who witnessed Mr. Audu’s deterioration.

He added that Mr. Audu woke up very tired on Saturday, the day of the governorship election. He said doctors had given the former governor blood transfusion which gave him enough energy to go to the polling booth to vote in his hometown, Ogbonicha.

According to the source, Mr. Audu returned to his home on Saturday and began vomiting again. "After a while he became unconscious and died around 5 a.m. on Sunday morning," said the source, who requested anonymity.

The family's timeline of Mr. Audu's death indicated that he passed on before officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) started collation and announcement of results.

A source at INEC told SaharaReporters that electoral officials knew of Mr. Audu’s death before they announced the results of his election inconclusive on Sunday.

Mr. Audu was a former governor of Kogi who was accused of stealing billions of naira from the state's treasury. SaharaReporters had exposed a multi-million dollar home bought by the ex-governor in Potomac, Maryland near Washington, DC.

The APC chose Mr. Audu as its governorship candidate despite the fact that he was being tried for money laundering and embezzlement of state funds by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Mr. Audu will be buried tomorrow according to islamic rites in his hometown.

EventsChristmas Is Coming! Should We Call It End Time Christmas? by Wicfasho(op): 4:55pm On Nov 22, 2015
As many members of Nairaland are now popularly known with their "End Time so and so....", Christmas is knocking at the door. Just using this medium to inform ignorant people that "Spending more than you have" is not what it takes to celebrate Christmas. If you have the money, spend wisely and maybe to your satisfaction but if otherwise, Don't do anything illegal just to show people that you are in town. As you all know, sinners don't go unpunished! Science/Technology5 Reasons Why Nairaland Can Not Be Like Facebook by Wicfasho(op): 2:27pm On Nov 22, 2015
Nigeria is a Very big country with talented people. Yes! Not all countries have a legendary in the Internet. Seun Osewa, the Owner of NairaLand.com (No. 1 Forum in Africa) is one the Nigerians that have contributed greatly to Nigeria Social Life with an online Forum he launched out of his own hobbies. Nairaland has not only become a place where Nigerians pour out their mind but also an environment that educates Users in all Ramifications of Life. Nairaland Worth about $ 6,796,624 (N1,352,188,344.80 Nigerian Naira) as at November 22nd 2015. - Price by SitePrice.Org. Though Nairaland has not made up to that as it's income. This is what the Owner of Nairaland is not looking at. He can monetize his site to make up to that yearly.

Below are the Reasons Why Nairaland won't move from where she is until there are serious changes!
Faccebook is one the most visited site in the World. Same as NairaLand Limited to Nigerians (Africans).

1. NairaLand is not Incorporated

NairaLand is not Different from Seun Osewa. He (Seun) still Owns NairaLand. Facebook didn't get to where it is now with Mark Zukerberg(C.E.O) owning and funding it alone. He sold shares, got endorsement, and the rest. Mark is currently the C.E.O and Co-Founder Of Facebook, Not the Owner! He Owns about 28% (Not accurate) of Facebook Shares. I am one of the owners of Facebook. Yes. I Once bought their shares. Visit www.nairaland.com, you will see "Oluwaseun Osewa" at the footer of the website. If Seun Continues to take NairaLand as a one man business, NairaLand won't move from where it is.
Even though there are people that work with him, he still owns NairaLand. No matter how he try to justify himself. You can Check his Wikipedia Page for proof as the owner. I am not against his ownership of the site. There are many Sponsors out there looking for businesses to endorse. Even Facebook.com was bought by the Chairman of Paypal. I think the fear of Seun is that he doesn't want to loose his Hard Created site to just sponsors or rich men. See Photo Below....

2. Nairaland's Look isn't that Bad? Though Unattractive.

NairaLand is not changing. There are no attractive changes on the site's look. Nairaland is just too odd and old.. Their design is just Wack. I heard they are trying to reduce the data usage of their members but that's not a very good excuse... The size of their front page is 20Kb. This is still on point but the adequate size a page should not be more than 30Kb. They still have about 9Kb to make use of. Yes.. That's simple mathematics. 1Kb should be left.. Please Seun and you team change the design of your site...

3. Only Regional Usage

Only few Non-Nigerians Uses NairaLand. NairaLand claim to be No 1 Forum In Africa But most the her users are from the owner's Country, Nigeria.. The name, NairaLand has also limited her users to Nigerians alone. Naira is a currency spent in only Nigeria. So why should a Non-Nigerian, not using that currency (Naira) join the forum? The name NairaLand which also increases SEO of the site, has also limited it users to Nigerians alone. Yes... Changing the name of the site will cause lots of damage. There are other ways nairaland can extend her users to Non-Nigerians. This will create a name for Nigeria outside Nigeria. I am in the position to tell how to make this extension.

4. NairaLand's Hosting

Recently, Nairaland hosting company's database was hacked and datas where deleted by the hackers. Though 80% of their database (Which was backed up) was restored which ended up loosing their some of their Topics and their new registered members. By now, Nairaland should hosting their site themselves. They immediately moved to another hosting company after the incident complaining that their Ex-Hosting Company wasn't reliable and not Security Conscious.

5. Nairaland's Members Not Increasing as Expected

I think Nairaland (Seun) is convenient with his about 1.5 Million Users. He is not ready to increase his Website's users or Members. Is he afraid of managing Multi-Million Users? Or isn't just ready for that. Nairaland has been used by companies for adverts, sponsored post and Development of Nigerians' Social Life. Nairaland, is a great idea-turned-manifestation. Seun and his team should advertise to the world, Not only Nigerians for better development.

I care for Nigeria's Future!

What is Currently Trending on Nairaland is her users using "End Time" as a Prefix to their comments. E.g "End time Thieves" If it's a post about thieves.

Love you all.

Science/TechnologyMark Zuckerberg To Take 2 Months Paternity Leave When Daughter Arrives by Wicfasho(op): 7:55pm On Nov 21, 2015
Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg is planning to take two months off for paternity leave when his daughter is born. The excited father-to-be made the announcement yesterday on his official Facebook page. The company offers its US employees four months of paid maternity and paternity leave. In the post accompanied by a photo of baby toys, seat and their dog, he said outcomes are better for children and families when working parents take time off to be with their newborns. He wrote;

"Priscilla and I are starting to get ready for our daughter's arrival. We've been picking out our favorite childhood books and toys. We've also been thinking about how we're going to take time off during the first months of her life. This is a very personal decision, and I've decided to take 2 months of paternity leave when our daughter arrives. Studies show that when working parents take time to be with their newborns, outcomes are better for the children and families. At Facebook we offer our US employees up to 4 months of paid maternity or paternity leave which they can take throughout the year. Every day things are getting a little more real for us, and we're excited to start this next stage in our lives. Here's a photo of Beast with our baby seat. I think he knows something's up."

To get approval, you have to follow google's terms and conditions. You can check that out. I also noticed that your site isn't unique. It is not also well arranged for the mobile interface. I didn't check for the desktop view (sorry. I was just too busy). The fonts of your headlines are just TOO big, and so on.. My advice is, changing your design for a good one will do. You got that?

if they discontinue adsense, many Naija bloggers will be left stranded.
It is not only nigerian bloggers that uses adsense anyway. If adsense is stopped, it will increase the income of webmasters and bloggers since there will be no "Google word" to advertise on. Advertisers, will then pay webmasters or bloggers with high-traffic-sites, fully. You get the 100% payment unlike adsense where advertisers pays google, and bloggers or webmasters are paid in a specific percentage of the original payment made by the advertiser. Ask Suen Osewa for his source of income on Nairaland. It is not Adsense. The only demerit of this, is only big and popular blogs or website will be advertised on. Which means the market will be monopolized by the owner of these sites. Yes! You didn't get that right? No, you did.

No. That's just a twist of the original news. The current chairman of google will be replaced soon and the next chairman has said he will discontinue Google Adsense (Not only for nigerians).

Bro, I am also just starting out in blogging, I know both blogger.com and are free, which is best to use , at least for adsense in the near future,

Please help a sister with advice. or we can do watsapp
There is no one that is the best precisely. It is the way you present and prepare a site design that matters. I won't advice you to use a free web host. Google Adsense accepts sites that follows their terms and conditions. Wordpress also offer paid-for web hosting. I will layout the differences between and wordpress.org very soon. I hope you got that.

How do I create a privacy terms and conditions
Creating a privacy, tems and condition page is as easy as creating a page. Just create a page and put the content you want. I am not being specific because i don't know the type of web host you use.

Hi Bro, I am just starting out, I actually still setting up free wordpress, but which is better to use so I can get Adsense in the near future, blogger or wordpress. Please advice.
I will say wordpress though google owns both adsense and blogger. For wordpress, you probably must be using a paid-for hosting plan unlike blogger.

Work on the template of the site with a good navigating menu. Actually, your site design is a walsh (sorry to say). Build a design to entice users. Not just too lighty colors. The current template is a responsive design though. Kudos anyway.

I didn't go through your site very well because i got one main key it lacked out. Before i make any comment, make your site a mobile friendly site. Yes! so as not to scare away mobile-phone users from visiting your site. When you are done with that, you can inform me. I will analyse both the Mobile and Desktop view.

yea....i applied through www.adsense.com

and i was accepted bt rejected during second review
Google have their standard and policies. There should be a reason you were disapproved, which is anyway listed in the disapproval message. My advice to you is to apply again. This may sound painful. But seriously, it's the best. Sorry for that please...

CSS is a stylesheet language that
describes the presentation of an
HTML (or XML) document. CSS describes how elements
must be rendered on screen, on
paper, or in other media. This tutorial will teach you CSS
from basic to advanced with different interesting tricks. You have atleast one web designing language to be able to use this skill. CSS controls the output of a website. You need softwares to write a css program proffesionally, like Dreamweaver, Mase, Colly, e.t.c. (There are lots out there). I will start the tutorial in the next five hours. Questions are welcomed. Note: You don't neccessarilly need to have css knowlege. I'll start from the basics. You have to know how to work on HTML, XHTML, XML, etc... IF you are following, comment/reply with "Follow".
