HealthHow To Stop Snoring? by wikiHowdone(op): 1:33pm On Jun 17, 2019
For full tips and exercise visit http://wikihowdone.com/how-to-stop-snoring/
You might be tired of snoring, every time you are sleeping, and it might have caused serious difficulties in your relationships, and to people, even you might hate yourself for that. If so, this is the exact page you need to see and read.

Causes of snoring? Snoring is caused by air vibrating in the upper respiratory tract. There are many recommended snoring solutions, but which are the most effective?

The causes of snoring are usually not serious. However, it may indicate that changes to lifestyle would improve a person’s health.

The following lifestyle changes or tips may reduce or stop a person’s snoring.

1. Losing weight

Overweight individuals are more likely to snore. Fatty tissue and poor muscle tone, particularly around the throat, contribute to snoring.

Eating a calorie-controlled, healthful diet and regularly exercising are the best ways to lose weight.

2. Sleeping on one side

A person is more likely to snore if they lie on their back, which can cause the tongue to move to the back of the throat. This makes breathing harder and can cause the vibrations of snoring.

Sleeping on one side may allow the air to flow more smoothly, reducing the vibrations. This may either stop the sound of a snore or make it quieter.

3. Quitting smoking (Check out How to stop smoking? http://wikihowdone.com/how-to-stop-smoking/)

In addition to harming overall health, smoking irritates the airways, and this can make snoring worse.

If a person smokes, quitting may help them to snore less, if at all.

4. Avoid alcohol (Check out How to stop drinking alcohol? http://wikihowdone.com/how-to-stop-drinking-alcohol/)

Drinking a significant amount of alcohol relaxes the throat muscles. When these muscles relax, they are more likely to vibrate.

Avoiding alcohol before bed may reduce or stop snoring.

5. Avoiding sleeping pills

Sedative medications, or sleeping pills, can lead to very deep sleep. This may have a relaxing effect on the throat muscles and cause snoring.

A doctor can recommend healthful ways to ensure a good night’s sleep.

HealthHow To Grow Taller With These 7 Exercise? by wikiHowdone(op): 3:34pm On Jun 15, 2019
Are you a short person or trying to change in height? Do you ever have the need to grow taller? Probably, for your study, training, work etc. and any other issues luring you to become taller.

There are countless exercises that you can do to increase your height. But how do you know which of these exercises actually work?

Great for you, that’s exactly what you’re about to discover:

7 grow taller exercises that actually work

These are the same exercises that I used to fix my hunchback, and grow taller INSTANTLY.

And after doing them for a few weeks, I added an extra 2.3 inches (5.8 cm) to my height in my late 20s.

The best part?

These exercises are very simple to do, and doesn’t require you to be flexible… or strong as Arnold…

All you need is 5 minutes of your day.
Before We Get Started…

Although the exercises that I’m about to teach you are very simple to do, it’s important to keep in mind that your safety comes first.

It’s important to push yourself to your limits if you want to maximize the effects of these exercises. However, make sure that whenever you feel any kind of pain or discomfort, you stop the exercises altogether.

In fact, you should always check with your physician before you incorporate any kind of new physical routine into your lifestyle.

Growing taller is a fun and easy process, and at no point should it ever be painful or tedious.

Now that’s out of the way, let’s get to the good stuff!
Your Main Goal

The exercises that I’m about to teach you are all moving you towards the same goal:

To decompress your spine.

In order for you to grow taller, your spine needs to be in its neutral position, for it to be able to extend upwards.

And by doing these exercises regularly, not only will you correct any postural defects that you built up over the years, but also increase your spine flexibility, and build up strength in your spinal muscles to be able to maintain your optimal posture in an effortless manner.

Alright, enough with the ramble… let’s get started!

Exercise #1: Sushi Roll

1) Lie flat on your back on a flat, comfortable surface (your bed, yoga mat, etc.).

2) Fully extend your legs and arms vertically. Stretch your entire body to its maximum length.

3) Gently twist and turn your body, as if you’re a sushi roll. Aim to stretch each and every joint of your body in every possible direction.

Make sure to keep your movements gentle and natural!

Exercise #2: Reach for the Sky

1) Stand around 1 to 2 feet away from a wall, with your feet together, and your back to the wall.

2) Start by raising your arms up towards the ceiling. Without bending your knees, slowly stretch your body backwards until your fingertips touch the wall.

This exercise may be easy at first, but don’t get ahead of yourself! Your ultimate goal is to be able to do this exercise, 4 feet away from the wall!

EducationHow To Speak English Fluently & Naturally? by wikiHowdone(op): 3:24pm On Jun 15, 2019

Are you speaking with lot of pauses and hesitations? Do you have difficulty expressing your ideas in English? Do you mentally translate from your native language to English… but the sentences come out incorrect or unnatural when you speak?

If you are ready to end these problems and start speaking fluently and natural, you are on the right page and the secret is …
Learning to Think in English!

Think in English
https://wikihowdone.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/images-35-300x200.jpeg

The problem with thinking in your native language and translating is that it results in sentences that are not correct in English, because the grammar and sentence structure is often different in English and your native language.

Also, it takes too much time to think and translate when you’re in a conversation – leading to pauses, hesitations, and the inability to speak fast and fluently.

Many students believe that thinking in English is too difficult, but I’m going to teach you how to succeed. You can learn this skill with practice, whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced.

Level 1 – Thinking in individual English words

For example, when you wake up in the morning, think of words like:

bed, toothbrush, bathroom, eat, banana, coffee, clothes, shoes

Then when you go to work, think of words like:

car, job, company, desk, computer, paper, pencil, colleague, boss

During the day, continue to think of the individual English words for everything you see, hear, and do. Try this exercise – look around you right now and think of all the English words you can. I’d imagine you can think of at least 10 words!
Level 2 – Thinking in complete English sentences

On this level, you think in complete phrases and sentences during the day.

When you’re at lunch, think:

I’m eating a sandwich.
My friend is drinking soda.
This restaurant is very good.

When you’re watching TV, think:

That actress is beautiful.
The journalist has black hair.
He’s talking about politics.

It’s OK if the sentences are very simple. The most important part is to practice and develop the habit of thinking in complete sentences in English.
Level 3 – Functional English

On this level, you imagine having to use English for everything that you need to do. After every time you speak in your native language, think of how you would say that in English. For example, how would you buy a train ticket or order a drink in an English-speaking country?

A round-trip ticket to Central Station, please.
Could I have a lemonade with no sugar?

This helps develop your English for real-life situations – even though you are only thinking and not speaking. If during this exercise you don’t know how to say something, check your dictionary later. If you do this kind of “mental practice” regularly, you will develop the ability to use English in any everyday situation.
Level 4 – Narrative English (telling a story or speaking in English for a long time)
