A tactful, humane and true leader should have done the following;

1. Address the Nation and declare few days of national mourning

2. Physically visit the site of the carnage or at least the State Government and sympathize with the people and assure them perpetrators will not go scot-free this time.

3. Give final warning/query to Service Chiefs and NSA to rise up to the occasion or submit their letter of resignation and watch as they perform magic.

4. Remove and/or sanction all commanders in the general area this massacre occurred.

5. Bring trusted and tested Commanders and declare a manhunt for the perpetrators of the carnage and bring them to swift justice.

6. Provide relief materials to surviving victims

have lived in the FCT for more than 2 decades, we have never had it so bad. Schools have been on strike for three months now. In this administration, teachers have gone to strike more than 7 times within 2 years. Hospitals in FCT are in comatose state. No MRI machines, or CT Scan machine in the whole FCT hospital. Not even a functional dialysis machine in any FCT hospital. Primary health centers have shut down for more than 4 months now. Rural dwellers can't even afford basic life saving vaccines . No resident doctors for two years now. If you come to hospital later than 6:00 am in the morning, you will be turned back home because of inability of Wike to employ teaming number of doctors applying each day. His priority is to waste billions building vice president lodge, judges quarters, international conference center, scrapping and repainting of roads in the city center. Go to most settelite towns . Their is total government absence. The FCT have never had it so bad. All the settelite towns....
