Most of these contractors know exactly what they are doing and the reality is that they also make good money from the deal. The honorable thing is to back out if the project completion is not feasible but most of them already committed lots of funds to manipulate the contract award process in their favour so the loss is huge if they back out.

Silence is the most formidable collaborator, let the assembly proceed so some things are officially placed on record.

I said it earlier on that this recall is a failed exercise unless Nigeria has gone beyond repair. With the glaring conditions on ground the process is already failed. There are video evidences of massive thumb printing and fraud. As well, no address and other conditions that must be met.
