Help me this is my first time ordering something from international store wish,

On August 2 2021 i place order for mini tracker on wish store i chose surulere as my post office, from the tracker it say the item has arrived Nigeria, i have gone to surulere post office to confirm, they say the item has not arrived in their custody, that i will get a text message from post when they receive the item,

Now is a month plus. I have not received any text no emails from wish,
