Why is Christmas different from any other time of the year?
Why is the season so alive and Vibrant? Our hearts beat just a little bit differently around Christmas & the reason can be summed up in one word:Wonder.
Christmas gives adults permission to be children again hence Our grown up defence comes down.we sing & dance joyfully without restriction during Carol services,We laugh and play with friends.We let go of our grievances & forgive easily...Life suddenly becomes fun & more fulfilling,no wonder Jesus said unless you are converted & become as little children,u will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven Matt:18v2.....MERRY CHRISTMAS!

As a christian,we have been thot severally on how to pray for things we want and for a change in situations quoting the scriptures,Elijah once had an encounter in 1kings 18v20-38 which,he needed God to answer by fire as a proof dt God is indeed God,now i hear pple say all manners of prayer and in the end they say...Answer by fire in Jesus name....what exactly do they mean or expect when they say this prayer

Its becoming very frustrating having a car and not using it except during the weekends when the roads are less congested and you can take ur time to manouver through potholes without blaring horns deafening ur ears.
The number of cars on the streets of Lagos are fast outnumbering the available motor-able roads and for those who just cant comprise the comfort of their cars for public buses are paying dearly for it in terms of stress in driving,extra cost of fueling due to the monster called Traffic,more hours spent on the road.
For some of us who would rather opt for a tricycle or okada to safe cost and spend less time on the road,we still miss the comfort of driving ourselves to and fro work and so u ask urself,whats the point having a car in Lagos,its meant to be for comfort but now,its becoming a curse.

A daughter nce asks her mum what marriage really mean and her mother's response was "Marriage is just a Behind word for the adoption of a grown up man whose parent cant put with him any longer"....Really
Married men,how true is this and ladies,are we dt Bad?

In as much as i can relate what the OP is driving at,Charity is charity and business is business...No matter how wealthy u r,u will always want to spend less on an item that can be priced down.Much so, shopping in a bigger place like shoprite and the likes goes beyond just buying an item but an experience....they offer u a parking space,air conditioned environment,varieties to choose from,easy means of payment[pos and co],sales reps to attend to ur request and so on,all of that cost money,Money,MONEY
