So I did that sim swap yesterday. and I inserted into ODU after 24 hours. Then I did the normal monthly unlimited. However, I'm not even getting any signal again. The outdoor is just showing 2 White light. No green or blue. And it's saying no internet inside.

Don't really know what's wrong. I'm thinking that maybe the Sim swap isn't successful or active yet. But then subscription went through.

I just did a sim swap to get a physical sim this morning using the esim number.

How do I now check when the sim gets active? No be inside phone we go put am fes before putting it inside ODU.

Anyone else having network inconsistency?

I get 40Mbps and then it jumps to 5Mbps and sometimes even 700Kbps and then settles at 30 or 20 Mbps. This has affected streaming massively as it buffers alot. This has been happening over the past few days.

Prior to this, I was getting consistent 50+ Mbps even during evening hours when the network usually goes kinda bad.

I currently use ZLT X25, not the pro version. I only have 4G coverage in my area. How do I do this cell locking stuff to see if it will make a difference?

I see the Lock Specific Physical Cell option but when I click it, it says there is no data in the list.

When you did yours, did you utilize the cell mapper website in the video? Cos my own cell mapper is not showing any cell towers. I've been stuck there since.

Looks like the ZTE G5F + MF296A does not have 4G cell Lock option. If it does, please point it out 🙏

I see. Could you share the pic of the POE power bank?

If I understand you correctly, you connected the ODU to the IDU's POE port, then connected a LAN cable from the IDU to the X25 pro. Is that correct?

How did you power the ODU? I am asking because the X25 pro doesn't have POE.

all these are simple router settings. Go in there take a look and message around with some of the settings. You can easily reset to default if ut doesn't work. And the IDU is just a router. Have anybody tried connecting an external router to the airtel ODU?

My device isn't bringing up the option for username, only password.

You'll find DNS and Band Lock on the ODU's settings not the IDU's

Are you saying, when you go to Device Settings > Advanced Settings, there's no 'Band Lock' there?
These are basic settings Airtel usually have on their 5G devices.

how do I change it. Couldn't find the option when I visit 192.168.1.1

I didn't even see the device while registering. They only told me it's available and I will get it within 48 hours.

I have checked the outdoor unit and there's no slot for removable sim card but I just checked the manual that came with it and it seems the sim card is behind screws.

It will work. The battery has 2 12v ports. One for input (from power), then the other for Output (To router).

So you plug your dc converter cable, 5v USB side to ur powerbank, and then the 12v side to the battery bank and it should come on.

I checked to confirm the ports at the Airtel Office yesterday.
