There's something called Business Intelligence - in BI you get information out of past data and use that to inform future decisions.

From 1960 to 2021, the various equipment that have been installed in hospitals and various equipment upgrades, where are they now?? This data suggests just having equipment is ineffective - there needs to be dedicated staff preferably non Nigerian (that's what the data says!) to manage both the entire hospitals and equipment.

If Nigerians want to remain no 1 for priority hiring then they need to have the same attitude to work as their international counterparts.

Now I get your point..
Let govt employ people whose sole responsibility should be to maintain those said equipment.
Let it not stop them from equipping our healthcare..
