shox: Yes you are right. Many people get support from external systems: parents, brothers, friends, et cetera. If government review the current alawee, then there may not be need for any external support again, depending on the CM though. |

Good question. Here the simplest explanation I can offer. Every CM went through the rigiment training and educative lectures in camp, after which they were assigned a place to work. Because everyone knows that who work suppose to chop. Nysc decide to call their pay allowance (simply because they feel you shouldn't be paid for the service at all in the first place). Same thing happens at your PPA, whether a government or private organization. Summing up all the pay, we can call them allowance. Now an allowance is paid for what? And why? Simple! To augment Nysc expenses and because you are a serving corper. In other word, a corper working. Tithe is simply 1/10th of your income. Nobody define it as 1/10th of your salary. Clear? Caesar25: |

You are correct but I don't think the Federal government should be held immaturity of a CM to save up part of their alawee. Let hope for the change in incentive first! I love the idea of Skill. SEAD is a good scheme buh very short for someone interested to gain mastery. Obakoolex: 1 Like |

getting a job after service is another topical angle to look into. also, about the police, i want to ask. how much does an ASP 1 ranked policeman receives as a salary? i believe that is the lowest rank a graduate will assume if commissioned into the force. Charmingrascal: |

Jobs/Vacancies / Give And Take Still Works For Everyone, Here's How It Can Work For You. by Williamssheks(m): 10:32am On May 29, 2023 |
Everyone thinks they know how to give but very few apply the principles of giving and get to take as much as they give. No matter what you do, whether you're a career person, or you are a professional in a particular field, if you don't understand how to give, you can't take. If you don't understand how to give your product or service, your business will suffer from taking. No one wants to ever be a giver without receiving anything directly or indirectly. That's why you need to PAY CASH-ION/ATTENTION to learn how to give. Now, I'm not gonna teach you how to give but one thing I can say if I am to let you go now is... "The psychology and principles of giving are learnable." For instance, if you are an entrepreneur, you'll need to understand the best marketing strategies, tools, and content that resonate with your prospects, in other to take their money easily. To do this, you may want to consider a lot of things, like: - hiring business associates and other professionals to handle parts of your business you can't handle - learning about your ideal customer persona (ICP) - basic and maybe complex tools needed to reach your customers All these require your time (attention) or your money (cash). Either way, you will pay to learn how to give, so that you can take easily. This concept also applies to any business, organization, or anything you can think of -- school, health, tech, home, etc, You just need to understand the principles of giving people WHAT THEY WANT at the RIGHT TIME, and you will always take from them. So you see, "give and take" still works very well, everywhere, and it can still work for you. The problem is you don't understand the psychology and principles of giving, and that's why you can't take.
