Pregnancy is a very delicate process and anything that tampers with the reproductive organs can lead to difficulty in consumption and possible infertility. When this is the case, the subject of conceding twin girls becomes a little bizarre for discussion.

Did you know it’s possible for a woman to plan twin girls naturally without any artificial methods? Many believe that it’s possible to have twin girls without the involvement of any genetic factors find out how this is possible.

Ways To Get Pregnant With Twins Girls

There are two challenges to face when trying to conceive twin girls. The first is to conceive twin and the second challenge is to conceive twin girls. Don’t worry these will be taken care of with the right steps.

Genetic Factors

If a woman is genetically predisposed due to hereditary factors, getting twins becomes easy with the right moves. This is when the woman has many twins in her family. In such cases, there is a high probability of conceiving twins naturally. All you need to do is to follow the steps mentioned below so that you can heighten the chances of getting twin girls.

Yam

There are many studies that suggest that by consuming yam will increase the chnces of having twins. Yam increases fertility and will improve the ovulation process, which will increase your chances of having twins.

Its best if you consume yam at least three months before you try to conceive. After this time your ovulation cycle will be working perfectly and your body will be physically ready to conceive.

Don’t stop after these three months continue consuming yam until you are pregnant. This process is a matter of luck and never expect it to happen right away and end up in disappointment.

Weight and Age Factor

Women who are overweight will have greater hormone production in the body which will be a plus point if you areplanning for twins. But being overweight during or while planning pregnancy has its disadvantages as well.

Women who have a BMI that is above 30 has more chances of getting twin babies. Age too plays a great role in the conception of twins. Older women have better chances of conceiving twins. That’s why women who are above the age of 40 have a finer chance to conceive twins.

Sperm Characteristics and Ovulation

When you are trying to conceive twin girls make sure to know the characteristics of female sperm. Female sperms are heavier than male sperms, live longer in the body and are slower swimmers.

Male sperm swim faster and will only live in the body for 24 hours; female sperms can live in the body for 72 hours. So your sexual union should be planned 2 to 3 days before your ovulation date. This will allow time for the female sperms to wait for the egg to mature and fertilize. By this time the male sperms will die off and only female sperm will be left.

Acidic Environment

Female sperm live longer in an acidic environment. So by eating acidic food before you ovulation date will increase the chance of having girls and it will lower the mortality of male sperms, which will produce twin girls.

Great article. But u know, not every pregnant woman likes the taste of the prenatal vitamins. I didnt like it when I was pregnant and so I took foods rich in folate - beans, okro, oranges and green vegetables. I also took avocado a lot - avocado is good for the baby's developing brain...my baby came out perfect!
Also having smart and healthy babies is not only about what you eat during pregnancy, it's also about what you feed the baby after birth. Breast milk and natural, homemade baby foods is the best way to go.

We all know that our food choices while pregnant affect how the baby develops physically, but did you know that it can also make your child smarter? All the choices you make while expectant, from working out to eating green leafy vegetables, all help develop your child’s brain. According to the deputy medical director of the March of Dimes foundation, Diane Ashton, the development of your child’s brain and future intelligence can be affected by what you do during pregnancy.

What to Eat During Pregnancy for Fair and Intelligent Babies
As an expectant mother, you need to ensure that your diet has all the nutrients and energy needed for your baby to develop properly. You also must ensure that your baby’s body is healthy as this will enable him or her to deal with the different developmental changes.

1. Prenatal Supplements with Folic Acid
Prenatal supplements with folic acid are essential. Folic acid is an important nutrient in brain cell formation. The Journal of American Medical Association recently published a study found that women who took folic acid 4 weeks before pregnancy and 8 weeks after pregnancy had 40% less chances of giving birth to autistic babies. Excellent sources of folic acid include: green leafy vegetables such as spinach lentils and fortified breakfast cereals.

Note: Take prenatal vitamins everyday. This helps ensure that you have a good nutritional balance of vitamin B12 and folic acid which help develop red blood cells as well as vitamin C which produces collagen and vitamin D which helps in bone formation. You can take the vitamins with your meals and switch brands if they upset your stomach.

2. Foods Rich in Omega-3
Omega-3 fatty acids are essential and this is because they contribute to neuron production. Neurons are the nerves that send electrical impulses to the brain and messages to other body organs. You can get omega-3 from food sources such as salmon and various types of fish, eggs that have been fortified, ground flaxseed, walnuts, red meat, spinach, tofu, beans and iron enhanced cereals.

3. Fruits and Vegetables
Antioxidants help fight free radicals which can damage your child’s brain tissue. There are various foods that you can eat to boost your antioxidants and these include papaya, dark green leafy vegetables, tomatoes and blueberries as well. Make sure that you clean your fruits and vegetables thoroughly before you eat them, especially fruits. It is easy to introduce germs into the flesh of the fruit when you clean it.

I have 43k page too to sell. Just as this one is on babies, that one is on converse shoes. I'm really tired of posting to it as the audience only engage in shoes... Anything else they ignore.
And the original aim was to use it to get traffic to a blog.
I think you should find more intelligent ways to make your contents more engaging so that your audience will become true fans and with that once you post blog content on the page, they will surely click because they like you.

Webmasters / The Root Of The Problems Of Modern Days Developers In Nigeria by winexviv: 1:10am On Aug 02, 2015
Hello everyone,
We Nigerians(including me) are very fund of stealing resources and other people's software, scripts, templates e.t.c online with the mindset that it's normal and everybody does it. This is pure stealing if we don't know, and we all know that thieves always have very slim chances of succeeding in things for a long time and their end is always disastrous. This is actually the reason why in Nigeria, you will see a webmaster charging 10k - 20k for a web project. Common how on earth could that have been possible if they actually bought the templates they are using for let's say ($58). We stole someone's property and we want to succeed. It is a sin and all sinners go to hell. I have been doing this for several years but it got to my attention that this is pure stealing and it's not going to take me far.
Just imagine yourself after spending several weeks building great software and next day you see people using it for free and even selling it to their clients without your consent, won't you be very upset and sue them with your last penny. This is exactly how the real developers of those software, scripts, templates e.t.c feel when we do so.
All start-ups that succeed in Nigeria actually built their systems from scratch or bought a commercial licence(which is very good). I have never seen someone that stole template or script that actually succeeded. We should learn to build great software, scripts, templates e.t.c and sell on Themeforest/Codecayon so that foreigners can buy and we get foreign currencies. This alone increases our nations GDP. Let's stop building lazy and keep depending on so called angel investors that will end up not investing in the script you downloaded online.
It's when you spend several hours to build great software or buy commercial license for software we really want to use, that we can confidently bill our clients several thousands of dollars and not feeling guilty. We all know that development is a very hard work and we spend several hours on the computer screen which is not good for our eyes, and we should let our clients pay for them.
Please let's stop stealing intellectual properties of hardworking developers, it's not good. If you can't afford to buy it at the moment, code it yourself, or rather bill your clients the appropriate fee so you can't buy it and get the job done properly. The earlier we start adopting this, the faster we grow in this ecosystem.

Nice post! I have always noticed that one man doing everything can slow productivity in software development! I am very good on backend development and I see GUI as some level of waste of time.
In order to bring my dreams to reality I found what I call buildbrothers(tm) it's a network of developers that many ignore sha but we have some many custom made projects that we are really pushing to the top. Hope someday you will get to hear about us
Awesome. Thank God many of us know the truth already. Does your project have a web address?
Webmasters / My Advice To All Nigerian Developers by winexviv: 1:00am On May 30, 2015
I have been a developer since 2008 and have met so many clients for different reasons. Most of the projects they outsource to local developers either get abandoned in the process or don't get used in the long run. They believe in outsourcing to foreign developers for very serious projects

My Indian friend who is among the team that built Finacle (software used in most banks in Nigeria) keeps telling me that Nigerians are lazy, but I know he is wrong in that. We are just too busy with many things and achieve very little.

In the course 7 years of active development I have left to do front end, back end and graphics design on my own, which makes me to do all projects alone. The country made it so but I know it is very wrong. Of late I discovered that my strength is in UX and UI design and not backend. My designs are always mind blowing.

Because of lack of specialisation, clients tends to price us low. Since many others claims to do all same things even cheaper.

If we as developers discovers our strength and perfects on it, then share projects with other talents, I believe that clients will be glad to pay us high knowing that his/her projects are handled by different experts and will deliver in due time with full project documentation.

I also noticed that only very few developers follow the due process in Web development. Product research -» user experience research -» wireframes -» User Interface design-» coding backend-» optimisation and launching. We are fund of jumping process and doing things anyhow.

I charge clients high for projects now because I do the needful. I will encourage us developers to improve on our strengths, extend jobs for other experts to do their part to get a perfect product in time. With this, you can confidently bill clients several millions for projects and they will be glad to pay.

Always improve continuously. It pays. And also endeavour to save more money, it helps your bargaining power when you know you are not near broke.

Just really checked it and there are few things i noticed.

1. From window size between 997px width to 739px the header is messed up as shown below
2. To some extent the site is responsive but when it gets on a small screen lots of the contents gets really unfit and some even cut off (overflow:hidden...i guess), a responsive website should still give a good display on every screen...its not just about not getting an horizontal scroll.

Thank you so much for the time you took out to review this. I will improve on it and make it more responsive too.
