when u say forcefully create jobs, are u refering to d govt or individuals? If individuals, well, some av dis skills dat can help fresh graduates become self employed. In d process, d fresh graduates will nid mur hands thereby create job opportunities. Instead, dey will forge stories in pdf format and say pple shld buy it as ebooks. Yet, nutin 2move anyone 4ward.
