Anything that may seek to bypass this protocol is a call to anarchy in the medical profession.We may as well wake up one day to see hospital attendants aspiring to be medical consultants, as some of them now administer injections and some are even traditional birth attendants in remote villages and some may carry out 'surgeries'under septic conditions, but that doesn't transform them to physicians.This nonsense must stop except we want to transform to Uganda under Iate Idi Amin which is tantamount to total anarchy in the medical profession
