For over three years now, I notice that I urinate in less than 15minutes after drinking water or any liquid. The last time I checked my sugar level was OK. And I'm still a young of early 20. This happens mostly when I'm in a cold environment or when there's a cold weather. Does temperature has anything to do with urinating frequently? What could be the possible cause? I need your advise please. This can be embarrassing ,especially when I'm with my friends. What can I do to reduce this?

Please I need your advise. I'm managing the ATM card of my brother's bank account (Access Bank) and he's not in Nigeria. The card was trapped in Access Bank ATM this afternoon. Good morning Bro. Chris.
For so long now I've been battling with pimples rashes (which has caused dark spots) all over my chest, shoulder and back. I know I've pimples but initially it was only on my face. But that on the chest, shoulder and back are getting me worried.
Some people suggest it's cream reaction, so I've stopped using cream entirely. I was using Vaseline lotion.
