nothingspoil70:Everything is not all about jokes. We play a lot in this country in the name of catching cruise. We will grow great when we start taking things serious.... The other day it was alleged that USAID is the sponsor of BOKO HARAM insurgency in the North but I was surprised to see VERY DARK, DEONE, NEDU, SAIDABOJ still dragging irrelevant talks and creating unnecessary drama when the youth supposed to be in a round table deliberating how to hold bad leaders accountable for their actions Tueh |

Women have been in the business of destroying men. Here are the Biblical and Quranic great men that women destroyed Samson: Delilah's seduction and betrayal led to Samson's downfall (Judges 16). David: Bathsheba's beauty and manipulation led to David's adultery and murder of Uriah (2 Samuel 11). Solomon: Solomon's many wives, including foreign women, turned his heart away from God (1 Kings 11). Adam: Eve's disobedience and temptation led to Adam's sin and expulsion from the Garden (Genesis 3). King Herod: Herodias's daughter Salome's seduction led to the beheading of John the Baptist (Matthew 14:1-12). These biblical names are also evidence in Quran Prophet Yusuf (Joseph): Zuleikha's (Potiphar's wife) attempted seduction and false accusations led to Yusuf's imprisonment (Quran 12:23-35). Prophet Lut (Lot): The men and women of Sodom's corruption and sin led to the destruction of the city (Quran 7:80-84). Prophet Sulayman (Solomon): The Queen of Sheba's initial opposition and testing of Sulayman's faith were eventually overcome (Quran 21:78-82). I can’t hold it in anymore. I’ve been desperately searching for websites where I can write and earn money. Writing is my passion, and I know I’m good at it. I have access to tools like Turnitin and SPSS for data analysis, but despite my skills, I’ve been unable to secure any online jobs. I’ve applied through platforms like Upwork and similar sites, yet no one seems to offer me work. It’s incredibly frustrating and disheartening. How can I possess this knowledge and talent, yet still struggle to make ends meet? Meanwhile, a friend of mine in the UK, who I know I’m more skilled than, earns over $2,500 per week as a data analyst. Here I am, barely managing to earn ₦5,000 weekly. The disparity is crushing, and I feel like I’m slowly slipping into depression. What am I doing wrong? How can I turn things around? Whis website can I get jobs? |
During a recent exploration into Nigeria's political history, I stumbled upon a 14-year-old report by PM News Nigeria that mentioned an allegation of terrorism against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The claim, which was never substantiated, serves as a reminder of the scrutiny prominent political figures often face. President Tinubu’s influence on Nigeria’s political landscape, particularly in Lagos State, is undeniable. His ability to maintain control over the state’s political machinery for decades demonstrates a deep understanding of political strategy and governance. Despite being labeled with various monikers such as “slow-moving” or “lifeless,” Tinubu has consistently proven himself to be a master political strategist. His ability to win over the northern electorate and secure victory against Atiku Abubakar in the last presidential election remains a compelling case study for political analysts and academic researchers alike. However, the pressing question on the minds of many Nigerians is how President Tinubu intends to address the nation’s current economic challenges. The path out of the severe economic downturn, characterized by widespread hardship, remains to be see https://pmnewsnigeria.com/2010/09/23/senator-polycarp-nwite-is-dead/

MaxInDHouse:If Christin is going from House to House preaching, who then will receive the message? Anyways, I go to church bck then only on Sunday including Evanglism. But only on SUNDAYs Other days I go to my work to make more money which I NORMALLY USED TO BUY OLIVE OIL, MIRACLE WATER AND TITHE, I GUESS I WAS USED DUE TO MY EMOTIONAL ATTACHMENT WITH CHURCH/PASTOR |
Before you criticize me, I am a Christian, my mother is a woman leader and my father died in the body of Christ. I stopped going to church for personal reasons 7years ago. Now back to my main topic; 21st Century Church A Place of Buying and Selling or a Place or Worship? The church is meant to be a place of worship, prayer, and spiritual growth, where believers gather to glorify God and strengthen their faith. However, in recent times, some churches have shifted from this sacred purpose, turning their services into business ventures. Pastors selling "miracle water," "anointed oil," and other spiritual items are exploiting the faith of their followers, promising blessings and miracles in exchange for money. This commercialization of religion has become a concerning trend. This practice contradicts the teachings of Jesus Christ, who condemned the selling of goods in the temple. In Matthew 21:12-13, Jesus entered the temple and drove out the merchants, declaring, "My house will be called a house of prayer, but you are making it a den of robbers." Jesus' righteous anger highlights the sacred nature of the church, warning against turning it into a place for financial gain. Unfortunately, many churches today seem to ignore this teaching, embracing practices Jesus himself rejected. The church should remain a place for spiritual nourishment, where believers focus on worship, prayer, and the Word of God. Selling items for profit distorts the true mission of the church and undermines the faith of its members. It’s essential for church leaders to return to the original purpose of the church serving God and guiding people in truthrather than exploiting them for financial gain. The church is a sanctuary, not a marketplace. I am A Nairander/Writer and Critical Thinker |

Isreal’s military said it has struck several targets in neighbouring Lebanon linked to Hezbollah. In a post on X on Tuesday, the Israeli military said it had hit 10 targets linked to the Iran-aligned armed group in at least seven different areas of south Lebanon in overnight attacks. The attacks come amid growing worries over the threat that the war in Gaza could spark a regional conflict. The attacks, which the military said killed one Hezbollah fighter, came after Israeli officials promised retaliation for a rocket strike that hit a playground in the Druze Arab town of Majdal Shams in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights. Hezbollah has denied carrying out the attack. The Israeli military said it also “struck a Hezbollah weapons storage facility, terror infrastructure sites, military structures and a launcher in southern Lebanon”. Hezbollah confirmed one of its fighters had been killed, the Reuters news agency reported. ‘We will respond’ Following the Majdal Shams attacks, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited the town on Sunday and promised a “severe response” The overnight attacks announced on Tuesday marked at least three Israeli attacks on Lebanese territory since. A high-ranking Hezbollah source pledged to Al Jazeera that the armed group would respond to any Israeli aggression in Lebanon, including a ground invasion. It was the first time that Hezbollah has commented on Israel’s threats of retaliation. Al Jazeera’s Zeina Khodr, reporting from Beirut, quoted Hezbollah sources as saying that regardless of the nature of an Israeli attack, “whether it is limited or not,” the group “will respond”. Foreign intermediaries have reportedly pleaded with Hezbollah for restraint “so the conflict can be contained and not spiral out of control,” our correspondent said. On Tuesday, Hezbollah claimed that its air defence units had repelled Israeli warplanes that broke the sound barrier over Lebanese airspace. The group said on Telegram that the aircraft were forced by fire “to retreat behind the borders inside occupied Palestine”. Quoting Israel’s N12, Reuters reported that a rocket fired from Lebanon had killed an Israeli civilian. |
