Ai is here to stay believe it or get left behind. Soon education will be a thing of the past were there will be ai to put you through all education and do everything for you with even more accuracy than humans. I just bought an AI for over 200k for life time subscription and now i wished i had got it 5years ago instead of struggling and stressing my brain for nothing and ai is just at its initial phase. Give it 5years from now alot of people will loose their jobs which is happening already.

I am not discrediting AI; in fact, I am a supporter of AI technology. However, using AI for academic writing is not advisable. AI lacks the ability to produce high-quality writing; it can only provide ideas. The citations generated by AI are often incorrect, including errors in index numbers, authors, and publication years. This lack of accuracy compromises academic integrity.

However, AI can never replace human generated ideas, it can only make your work easier!

Education / Stop Using CHATGPT For Your Assignments by Wisewriter: 10:37pm On Feb 27
Since the inception of ChatGPT, students have increasingly relied on it to finish their assignments, often without realizing that educators employ Turnitin to detect plagiarism, including AI-generated content.

For Nigerian students studying abroad, it's strongly advised to abstain from utilizing ChatGPT or any article generator for academic tasks. Failing to heed this warning may result in receiving a score of 0%.

I recently partnered with a UK school that granted me access to a Turnitin checker with advanced AI features. I have been using it to check assignments completed by Nigerians studying abroad, and nearly 99% of them failed the plagiarism test and it is sad enough!

An increasing number of students studying abroad are now facing resits for their assignments compared to previous years because they are using CHATGPT

Breaking Barriers: An Ebonyi Man, Walter, Begins a 130-Hour Entertainment Guinness World Record Marathon in Abakaliki

In a world where ordinary individuals strive to achieve extraordinary feats, there are stories that capture our attention, inspire us, and leave a lasting impact on our lives. One such story centers around Walter, a determined man from Ebonyi State, Nigeria, who is set to embark on an awe-inspiring journey to break the Guinness World Record for the longest entertainment marathon. In this blog post, we delve into Walter's incredible endeavor as he takes on a grueling 130-hour non-stop entertainment challenge in Abakaliki, pushing the boundaries of human endurance while putting his name on the global map.

The town of Abakaliki has always been a place known for its vibrant culture, community spirit, and love for entertainment. From music to dance, theater to comedy, Abakaliki celebrates the arts like no other. It is amidst this backdrop that Walter, a local resident with an unwavering passion for entertainment, conceived the audacious idea of attempting the Guinness World Record for the longest continuous entertainment marathon.

The Challenge Ahead

The existing Guinness World Record for the longest entertainment marathon is no joke. It requires participants to engage in a wide variety of entertainment activities, including singing, dancing, acting, stand-up comedy, and more. Participants must maintain a lively and engaging atmosphere throughout, entertaining themselves and the audience for an uninterrupted 130 hours.

The physical and mental challenges associated with such a feat are immense. Sleep deprivation, fatigue, and exhaustion are just some of the hurdles Walter will have to face during this marathon. However, it's his dedication, determination, and love for entertainment that fuels his desire to push the limits and make his community proud.

Community Support and Impact
Walter's journey to break the entertainment Guinness World Record has garnered immense support from his local community, as well as well-wishers from across Nigeria and beyond. The people of Abakaliki are rallying behind their hometown hero, showing their solidarity by providing encouragement, resources, and a vibrant audience to keep the energy levels high throughout the event.

Beyond the borders of Abakaliki, Walter's endeavor has become an inspiration to aspiring entertainers, athletes, and dreamers alike. It serves as a reminder that with passion, hard work, and perseverance, anything is possible, regardless of one's background or circumstances.

Putting Abakaliki on the Global Map
Walter's attempt at the Guinness World Record is not just a personal accomplishment; it's a way to put Abakaliki and the entire Ebonyi State on the global map. It showcases the talent, determination, and potential that exists within the region. As news of this remarkable feat spreads, Abakaliki gains recognition as a cultural hub, fostering greater interest in the town and its unique traditions.

The Power of Human Potential
Walter's journey represents the power of the human spirit and our potential to achieve greatness. It's a reminder that every individual has the capacity to break barriers, surpass limitations, and leave a mark on the world. By challenging himself to the limits of human endurance, Walter exemplifies the courage to dream big and the tenacity to turn those dreams into reality.

Edo State College of Nursing Science Faces Backlash After Asking Student to Leave Due to Bent Posture

In recent news, Precious Umoru was asked to leave Edo State College of Nursing Science due to her bent posture. This unfortunate incident highlights the discrimination that still exists in the Nigerian educational system, denying students their fundamental right to education.

As a young woman who had just started her academic journey in the nursing profession, Precious Umoru had every right to pursue her dreams and aspirations without fear of discrimination or prejudice. Her bent posture should not have been a reason to deny her the opportunity to study nursing at the college. Precious had all the necessary qualifications to be admitted to the institution, and her academic abilities were not in question.

It is disheartening that Edo State College of Nursing Science failed to recognize the value of diversity and inclusivity in the educational system, thereby denying Precious Umoru her fundamental right to education. Discrimination of any form is unacceptable, and educational institutions should be safe spaces where students can develop academically and personally without any fear of discrimination or prejudice

It is important for the public to speak out against such discriminatory acts and demand that educational institutions be held accountable for their actions. The Nigerian government must take urgent steps to address discrimination in the educational system and ensure that every Nigerian has access to quality education without discrimination.

CitizenReporters.ng understand that Precious Umoru's case is just one of many incidents of discrimination that occur in the Nigerian educational system. It is time for the government and educational institutions to recognize the value of diversity and inclusivity in the educational system and promote a culture of tolerance and understanding. Precious Umoru deserves the right to education and must be allowed to pursue her dream career without fear of discrimination or prejudice.
