2011 I was not registered because I was just few months to 18 , 2015 I wasn't registered too because I didn't go early, I don't know how important it was and because due to the fact that elections was close I couldn't start the rush ,tension and what not but today 19th June 2018 I have registered and wait in anticipation for my pvc.
