You didn't format it well. I formatted a book of 6k words to give me 120 pages.
It was a children book tho.
But I still think 92 is way too low if you format well.
Use a 6 by 9 layout.
Spacing of 1.5 or so.
Set margins and use paragraph a lot.
Font size of 14px.

Fonts 14 will be too big for my niche, its more of education book.
I'd check that spacing.
