Try to read about my new post where I shared my experience. It took me talking to some older people to be able to overcome it. We all need a shoulder to lean on at some time. O.P i really cant help, but lemme tell you something;

look for a work that can pay u 15-20k monthly, do it for 3-5 months and ensure u save 10k month which will give you 30-50k, then get a laptop of average spec, that was how i bought mine 35k laptop then when i was still in school.

and also,

dnt wait for laptop before you start, i started with android phone and learnt it for 2years, when i got the laptop, i started re-editing my codes cux both device screen is different.

if u really want 2 learn it, laptop is good but dnt wait for it..start with what you have and with the little knowledge you have.
