No, reviews are not publicly revealed until 10 days after. And when they are revealed, you can't review the buyer again. So, if he gives you a bad rating, you can't explain the reason for the rating or drop any comment.

Before their annual convention, they bring policemen to harass traders that sell on the streets around their HQ and destroy their wares in the name of security. My IT was at a company closeby. Other workers weren't surprised and said it's an annual thing.

Buyers are leaving Fiverr. The frequent changes is making the site difficult for buyers. They don't even tell buyers about the $2 service fee before they place their orders unlike before. $5 go just change to $7. For orders above $200 or so, the service fee is a percentage of the total order.

They only display reviews of last 60 days when showing gigs. Buyers get discouraged when they see sellers without much reviews. The higher the reviews, the more confident a buyer is.

Plus, they trying to make Fiverr premium forgetting that the only thing that made Fiverr more popular than other freelancing sites is the low cost. Sellers are shown the ridiculous prices of Pro sellers before other sellers thus discouraging them again.

Make I stop here. If you go Fiverr forum, you go see the way people dey complain. If you dey all these Facebook groups, you go notice say people hardly display their earnings again.
