90k would get you an average laptop that would play recent games in medium to low graphics settings.

core i5 4th gen
8 Gb Ram
2 Gb Nvidia graphics card
1 Tb hard drive
Beats Subwoofer

Since you are not knowledgeable about such your best bet is Jumia/Konga.
The type of Laptop to buy depends on your budget and if you are into gaming and 3d rendering.
