You obviously have no idea of what you are talking about.
Try running Battlefield 4 or high end PC games on a handheld.
Try running softwares like ArchiCAD, Revit, Proteus on a mobile device.
Try connecting a PIC Programmer or other diagnostic device on a handheld.
I could go on and on

As for PCs not developing, I'm sure you've never heard of PCs with 6 Gb Video RAMS, 32 Gb Ram, Core i7 4th gen, 4k resolutions e.t.c

Make your research b4 you come online and type poo.

I doubt if there is anyone active on the web who doesn't have a gmail account.
You need gmail for your Android device, Youtube, Google docs e.t.c

I only use Yahoo for social networking and petty things.

Don't go for a 4Gb Ram. Some games like Call Of Duty Ghosts require a 6Gb Ram. Since RAM is relatively cheaper to other PC components , Go for a 6 Gb DDR3 RAM. If not that you were on a budget, I could have asked you to go for an 8Gb DDR4(coming out in December).

Processor is very important: Go for a 2nd gen CoreI5 since you are on a budget.

Graphics Card: THE MOST IMPORTANT. At least a 2Gb graphics card. 1 Gb won't run some games on high specs again. Go for a 2 Gb ATI. ATI graphics card are relatively cheaper than Nvidia graphics cards but Nvidia graphic cards are better.

Best Shooter
Battlefield 4 or Bioshock Infinite

Best Action Adventure Game
Tough to choose but I'll go for GTAV

Best Sports Game
NBA2K14 or MLB13 (FIFA 14 is just there to make up the numbers)

Best Independent Game
The Stanley Parable

Best RPG
No Idea

Best Fighting Game
Killer Instinct(next Gen Graphics and being a launch game for Xbox One would give it a boost) narrowly edging out Injustice Gods Among Us

Best Driving Game
Tough category to choose from. F1 2013 and Grid 2 were both juicy. Need For Speed Rivals look mouthwatering also and it promises to be as successful as Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit (The game its copying)

I'll go for Forza Motorsport V (next Gen Graphics and being a launch game for Xbox One would give it a boost)

Best DLC
Either Dishonored: The Knife of Dunwall or Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon

But Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon is a standalone expansion with a nice open world and a totally new concept so I'll go for it.

Best PlayStation Game
100% sure its The Last Of Us. The others are just there to make up the numbers

I've heard Eminem's Survival and I think its cool but I haven't heard the others.

Anything between Eminem and Activision? This is the third time his song would be used in a Call Of Duty game.

Most Anticipated Game
Titanfall or Watch Dogs

Me personally my most anticipated game is Watch Dogs. Been anticipating the game since E3 2012. Was so disappointed when it was postponed till 2014

In terms of single player experience Battlefield is no match for COD. Just better graphics.

In terms of multiplayer, I think they both offer different experiences. Battlefield has larger maps but COD is more fast paced and you camp less than in COD.

Each man to his own.
