I fund my account online through gtb Internet banking, the money was deducted from my bank account but was not credited on my betting account, I sent several emails to the customers care with the proof of payment, they replied my mail that my account will be credited, for the past one week now nothing was done about it, I call the customer care several times, anytime I call them they will tell me that my account will be credited before the end of the day, I don't really understand the reason why they refused to credit my account.
