I did the test this afternoon. I still had about a minute before submitting. When I submitted, I got an error message saying my page has expired. I got no mail of results. What should I do please?

My people, I got above 20 in the first test and I got a text message that I will receive a mail for the second test yesterday. I am yet to receive that mail. Are there people who did the second test without getting the second mail invite?

Please who has an idea of what to read for the second stage?
