GTB is a very useless bank normally. If it took verydarkman for some people to realise it that is good.

I had a double debit that took two years to resolve in spite of having information when it happened and a signed confirmation from the seller providing an extract of the bank statement showing they only received the funds one.

They only took the request serious after getting a lawyer and involving the CPD dept of CBN.
