wow! Are you serious?
Don’t mind him.
He’s an APC and Tinubu supporter, they go about lying to people against relocating abroad to save face.
If you are Health worker or a software developer relocate if you can. Do you know how many jobs I would have gotten as a web developer if I am currently based in Europe or America? The are uncountable. Though I am currently working for a popular financial institution here but I am planning to leave this country for the tribalistic and religious bigots that are hell bent on fostering bad leadership on this country.

One of my best and favorite lecturers in university with a masters degree and knowledge of atleast 2 programming language is now happily working at a construction site in Florida

He proudly post his work place on Facebook
Unless he knows only Fortran and Q-Basic!
All of you APC agents trying to dissuade people from leaving this hell of a country but won’t want a good leader to come onboard are worse than the devil!

This one is your own. My own is I got PR for canada via express entry and applied for software engineering jobs remotely from Lagos. Landed two and accepted one before I landed. I stayed at a friends house for my first few days sleeping on his sofa till my first salary entered. After I received my first salary (less than two weeks after I landed) I sent 100k to my dad and 100k to my mum. They called to ask me why I'm sending them money when I only just arrived and havent settled down. I moved to an Air bnb that weekend and spent 4 months there. I also got a credit card a day after I arrived with a limit of $4000. I used up the first four months building my credit score and saving. After four months I rented a condo in Toronto for $2000 monthly. My mum retired in February as a civil servant while my dad is much more buoyant than she is. Her pension is barely a little over 100k but I change $450 and send to her monthly. In addition to doing this I'm able to live comfortably and still save 25% of my income monthly. Later this month I'll be going to Nigeria to visit them as I havent seen my parents since I moved here 6 months ago. Anyone that wants to leave nigeria should do their homework and move. Nigerians are doing well in both home and abroad. Make yourself among the ones that do well either at home or abroad. Don't be discouraged by all this negative talk. By the way I'm 31 years old. Some days ago the bank increased my credit limit. I never use more than 10 per cent of my limit hence they probably want to get me to spend more. With good planning, entering the country legitimately (avoid aduro route), proper skills and some luck you'll be alright.

Everyone’s deserving of respect.
So if I am a carpenter and someone refers to me as a carpenter it’s a disrespect to me or what?
Prostitution is a job for some people just as carpentry or graphics design is for some.
There’s no respect or disrespect here.

Can you ever be sensible and positive in this your life? How you call someone that has died over 10yrs such name, even though she was one like you claim, can't you just have little respect for the dead.
Nothing like respect for the dead! An shawl.0 is an ashaw.0 whether she be dead or alive.

That’s the bitter truth..

.

You're missing the point, as typical with most newbies , 1+ '1' should return an error not a value. This is the point I'm trying to make , but since you just started learning js, it's normal to seek opportunities to show off
Lol, I innocently pointed out something to you and you just started to show off. You could have clarified me on what your point was without all these.
This attitude is wrong bro.
I’m not a newbie, I won’t say anything more.

Hello Nairalanders!

Been going through a rough patch recently and my head is quite full at the moment.

The pressure to hustle, succeed and survive in this current world we are in is real but not easy.

God, life & nature has been good to me and i have tried to do my best to survive in this harsh yet beautiful world.

In a nutshell, i seem to be falling behind and loosing the zeal, will and drive to keep pushing and surviving.

My failed marriage may have something to do with it as it wasn't what I ever wished for but however it happened and kinda affected my drive for survival.

I need really positive minded people around me (online or offline).

I want to be motivated.

I want to go far in life and make some positive impact.

I need people who are goal oriented with great hunger and fire for growth to be my friends.

Adult Males and females are welcome.

Be intelligent, smart, full of ideas with determination to succeed and pull your fellow humans up along with you.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I'm a mother to 3 kids aged 10 and below.

1) This is not a hook up post.
2) I ain't looking for a man friend.
3) No man should contact me if all you have to offer is your nak3dness. Please keep it to yourself.

I can be reached directly via whatsapp on 0818 643 0522.

Moderate please can this hit frontage?

Okay because JavaScript seems to be more difficult than python lol.

Especially with the way it dynamically convert data structures. It's the only language I know where 1 + '1' gives you 11.
In js, 1 + ‘1’ = ‘11’ not 11

What are the differences between software developer, software engineer, and software development engineer?
Exactly none. At least in theory.

Different companies call people who, among other things:

Design software and algorithms
Write code, documentation and tests
Build, Deploy and Debug
There’s a difference between software development and software engineering.
Though I won’t be going into details, software development is actually part of software engineering albeit a vital part of the engineering process.

Politics / Re: Labour Party Challenges Tinubu To An Open Debate With Peter Obi by worried222: 2:19pm On Nov 29, 2022
festacman:
Peter Obi has oratory skills and he is looking for occasions to speak to flaunt it to get votes. Tinubu has the gift of political networking and he is looking for occasions to use it to get votes. It is a contest where you use your strengths to exploit opportunities and counter threats while suppressing your weaknesses.

I don't think Tinubu as an experienced politician can't play into Peter Obi's ambush.
Please how does "Political networking" benefit the country? This skill you called political networking is just the ability to install a puppet, and promise people a juicy position when and if elected at the expense of the common man!

This is so pathetic and I must say, these politicians don't really care about the people they seem to lead. Nevertheless, come 2023 it will be a new era for new leadership....

The truth is that only God knows what man doesn't understand. A man we think will serve interest of christians may end up being worst choice for governance while someone we think will act opposite or perform poorly may end up being the best option forget that God will use fo good governance. Let God just choose the best, he knows the heart of individual man and right tool to use for right moment.
Just shut it please if you don't have anything to say. You see the handwriting on the wall and you are still waiting for what only you knows. It's either you are a muslim without a sense of equity and fairness or a lukewarm (in this context) christain to be sounding like this. Do you think any muslim dead or alive will ever contemplating voting a christain-christain ticket? in fact, no political party (except evil APC) will think of such wickedness.
